Since childhood, both my sons, Sitesh and Ritesh, have carried an entrepreneurial spirit. I believe some of that energy came from my own aspirations when I was young and from the journey of starting Tripathy Classes—an experience that perhaps showed them early on the joy of building something of their own.
After completing their graduation, that entrepreneurial drive only grew stronger. In 2024, they came together to build Belfly Global, with a vision to create a world-class platform helping businesses grow through consulting, technology, products and global distribution.
What began as a vision has quickly grown into a global journey. Belfly Global has now established collaborations with the European Union, including work towards building the future of Climate Tech, and has opened a new office in New York, USA, strengthening its global presence and connectivity.
But what makes me even more proud is that their vision extends beyond business.
They aspire to build an ecosystem of talented and budding young minds—investing in their upskilling, giving them opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, and enabling them to work on projects of global scale.
The larger vision is to create a self-sustaining ecosystem where businesses grow, young talent grows, and opportunities create more opportunities.
As a father, it is deeply fulfilling to see an idea evolve into something with a global ambition.
