Govind Vidyalaya Tamulia

Govind Vidyalaya celebrated Kargil Vijay Diwas with immense patriotism, enthusiasm, and reverence on the school premises. The event was organized to pay heartfelt homage to the brave soldiers of the Indian Armed Forces who sacrificed their lives during Operation Vijay in 1999, securing victory for the nation.
The celebration concluded with a unified singing of the National Anthem, followed by enthusiastic chants of "Bharat Mata Ki Jai" and "Jai Hind" resonating across the campus. The event successfully rekindled a deep sense of national pride and gratitude among students and faculty alike.

A Hindi Elocution Competition was organized at Govind Vidyalaya, Tamulia, to promote confidence in public speaking and enhance students' Hindi language skills. Students participated enthusiastically and delivered speeches on a variety of topics with confidence, clarity, and expression. The competition provided an excellent platform for students to improve their communication and presentation skills. Winners were selected based on the quality of content, pronunciation, fluency, confidence, and overall presentation.

Freshers' Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Govind Vidyalaya, Tamulia to welcome the newly admitted students of Class XI. The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp.

The students of Govind Vidyalaya enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day and Father's Day on the school campus. The programme commenced with a special morning assembly where students highlighted the importance of yoga in maintaining physical and mental well-being.

A Poster Making Competition was organized at Govind Vidyalaya to encourage creativity and spread awareness on important social and environmental issues among students. World Environment Day

A special Mother’s Day celebration was organized by the students in the school premises with great enthusiasm and love. The programme began with a special assembly dedicated to mothers and their unconditional care and sacrifices. Students presented speeches, poems, songs, and dance performances to express their gratitude towards their mothers.

Govind Vidyalaya, Tamulia celebrated Kids’ Day with great enthusiasm on 8th May 2026 in the school premises. A special celebration and various fun-filled activities were organised for the students to make the day enjoyable and memorable.
Students actively participated in games, cultural performances, and creative activities. The celebration created a joyful atmosphere in the school.
The programme concluded successfully with a vote of thanks. The event was enjoyed by all and made the children feel special and appreciated.

Govind Vidyalaya celebrated Labour Day with great respect and gratitude on 1st May 2026 in the school premises. A special assembly was conducted to honour the dedication and hard work of the supporting staff members who contribute tirelessly to the smooth functioning of the school.

As a mark of respect, students presented handmade thank-you cards and flowers to the supporting staff.

The celebration was a meaningful and heartwarming occasion that instilled in students a sense of gratitude, humility and respect for all workers.
