The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its notification dated August 28, 2015 amended the provisions of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and brought out e-form MGT-7 for filing of Annual Return.
To deliberate on the new form and to address the concerns with respect to filing of MGT-7, the Institute of Company Secretaries is organising a webinar from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on 8th October, 2015. The webinar will be addressed by the Vice-President, ICSI; Chairman, Corporate Laws and Governance Committee and Council Member, ICSI and officials of MCA.
