Think about it—how much of your salary do you spend on food? Is it 10%? Maybe even less?

As per axio, I personally spend under 5% of my monthly income on food.

But this isn't the case with our fellow Indians. Until recently, a significant part of the Indian population spent more than half of their earnings just to put food on the table.

🍽️ It’s incredible to realize how fortunate we are today— the most essential part of human life, food, costs a fraction of our expenditure, which is not the case with other Indians.

📊 Fortunately, according to a recent report by the to the , households spend less than half their monthly budget on food for the first time. Even among the poorest 20%, there has been a noticeable shift in how money is spent. Reasons:

🍚 The share of spending on cereals has plummeted, allowing families to diversify their diets. This means more money is now being spent on milk, fruits, eggs, fish, and meat—reflecting a positive change in dietary habits, even among the poorest sections of society.

Better infrastructure, transport, and storage have made fresh, nutritious foods more accessible, a clear sign of inclusive growth over the past decade.

Kendriya Vidyalayas take care to develop the personality of the students in every respect. The students are taught that all power is within them. They can do anything. Nothing is impossible. No obstacle is insurmountable. All the power you need to accomplish or to achieve your goal is within you. You are to toil hard. There is no substitution for hard work. Success comes before work only in the dictionary.

There is always a battle to be fought before the victory is won. So to achieve your goal; you have to put in hard and imaginative toil. You have to do adequate preparation and able ex*****on.

Never accept defeat as final. There is no defeat so long as you give in. Keep trying. Keep doing the effort. Never lose heart. Ultimately you will win. What appears impossible today, will become a reality tomorrow with your determination, dedication, and application. You are the master of your destiny and captain of your soul. You can decide your destiny and fashion your fate with your own efforts, industry, and hard work.
