Recently we had the Live painting event in our campus. Here's a short video glimpse of the event. It was one of the most heated events of all time that were planned for Renao, our maiden cultural fest which had to be cancelled due to the pandemic.

This first offline event of the academic year was successfully executed after our college decided to partially reopen the campus for willing students. The idea behind this event was to lighten up the routine-locked students, give them time to let their hair down and make the college lively once again after the one long year of desertion. The participants were given selected spots that were- the kite flying area, canteen slope and the slope just above IIT Jammu Pebble Structure.

Every participant drew the world as they see it through their eyes, their creativity ranging from the eye catching green terrain to the snow laden mountains and our beautiful college amidst all of these. We provided them ample of time 10 am - 6 pm so that they can show their creativity without any time constraint. This was to make them realize that there also exists a life outside of the time-table. All the equipment were provided by Artihc.

The weather was by our side, quite vibrant at each spot with around 40 participants in all trying to figure out the best of themselves on the ivory sheets having snack side by side. To summarize, we went for creating a miniature version of the climax scene of the film,”Taare Zameen Par” in our college in a quite revitalizing way.

This Army day we present you a great opportunity to showcase your creativity for the HOPE CARDS event in digital design form. Digital designing of cards is coordinated to fill the purpose of serving hope and love from distance. Card can consist of short messages, illustrations and whatever you would like to give it a warm essence. The shortlisted designs will be published and delivered to the soldiers. Judgement committee will include army officials as well for this event.
Now gear up guys to showcase your skills in this digital design form which would become a reflection of modern times for the real purpose of art.

Hello guys,
Wishing you all a very joyous and prosperous diwali. Had there been normal times, we all would have been witnessing a Rangoli extravaganza around this time in the college. However we can still keep up that spirit by making Rangolis in our own houses and then clicking its photo and sending it to Artihc,our Arts club.
