The students of Class 2 participated in a very interesting and informative activity on signboards.

During the activity, each student came forward and spoke a few lines about the signboard they had made. They explained the meaning and importance of the signs and how they help people follow rules and stay safe. The activity not only improved their creativity and speaking skills but also increased their awareness about road safety and public rules.
It was a joyful and engaging learning experience for all the students. Everyone participated with great excitement, making the activity both educational and enjoyable.

A speaking activity was conducted for Class 1 on the topic “Good Habits.”

The students confidently shared their views and spoke enthusiastically on the stage. The activity helped in boosting their confidence and improving their speaking skills.

Jodhamal Teachers Participate in IIT Jammu Workshop on AI Tools for CBSE 21st-Century Skill Mandate.

To advance technology-enabled education, four teachers from the Computer Department — Ms. Sheetal Pathania, Ms. Christina, Ms. Monika Manhas, and Ms. Sunita Sawhney — participated in the one-day workshop “AI Tools and Computational Thinking For School Educators” at IIT Jammu on 9 May 2026. Organized by IIT Jammu, the session offered hands-on exposure to emerging AI tools and pedagogical strategies for fostering computational thinking among students, in line with the new CBSE guidelines for integrating 21st-century skills into school curriculum.

Inter-House Girls Football Championship 2026 at Jodhamal Public School — A Celebration of Sportsmanship & Team Spirit!

The grounds of Jodhamal Public School came alive with energy, enthusiasm, and healthy competition as the school successfully conducted the Inter-House Football tournament for Girls from classes VII to XII

The event witnessed remarkable zeal, determination, and sportsmanship from all participating students, making the tournament a grand success.Discovery House lifted the trophy and Invention House secured the Runner-Up position.

The tournament reflected not only the athletic talent of the students but also their discipline, teamwork, resilience, and passion for sports.

The winners and participants were felicitated by Director Deep Khare and Principal Amita Arora, who applauded the students for their spirited participation and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence both on and off the field.
The entire event was conducted smoothly under the able guidance and supervision of the School Sports Department teachers.

Jodhamal Hosts Capacity Building Programme on Gender Sensitivity

Jodhamal Public School organised an insightful Capacity Building Programme on Gender Sensitivity in Schools, reaffirming its commitment towards inclusive, empathetic, and equitable education.

The workshop was conducted by distinguished resource persons Dr. Chand Trehan, renowned psychological counselor, and Mrs. Manmeet Kour, Vice Principal, Army Public School, Jammu Cantt, who guided educators through meaningful discussions on gender equality, emotional well being, empathy, transgender inclusion, and respectful classroom practices.

Nature Walk ( प्रकृति भ्रमण) – Learning About Trees

Children of Class II went on a nature walk today. During the walk, they learned about the importance of trees and plants. The teachers explained how trees give us oxygen, keep the air clean, provide shade, fruits, and homes for birds and animals. The activity was connected with their Hindi chapter “आओ मिलकर पेड लगाए ”

They were encouraged to plant more trees and take care of nature. The children participated enthusiastically and enjoyed the nature walk very much..
