Club Activities: Learning Beyond the Classroom

K.B. Public School conducted a series of engaging Club Activities that encouraged creativity, confidence and experiential learning among the students of Classes 6 to 10.

The English Club organised a News Anchor Presentation, where students presented National, International, Sports, Weather and J&K news along with the Thought of the Day, enhancing their communication skills, confidence and general awareness.

The EVS Club engaged students in creating a Vertical Garden, promoting environmental awareness and sustainable practices.

The Art and Craft Club explored Mehndi Art and Mirror Art, providing students with an opportunity to showcase their creativity, imagination and artistic skills.

These activities made learning creative, interactive and meaningful for the students.

KB Public School Students Excel at 2nd District Bukido Championship 2026

KB Public School proudly announces the remarkable achievement of its students at the 2nd District Bukido Championship 2026, held at Kotli Bhawan, Jammu, on 20 September 2026. The championship was organised by the Bukido Association Jammu and Kashmir.

The talented students of KB Public School participated with great enthusiasm, discipline and determination, demonstrating commendable skill and sportsmanship throughout the championship. Their dedicated performances resulted in an impressive medal tally for the school:

- 🥇 15 Gold Medals
- 🥈 7 Silver Medals
- 🥉 6 Bronze Medals

The students were accompanied and guided by their Coach, Mr. Davinder Singh, whose training, guidance and encouragement played an important role in supporting the participants throughout the championship.

KB Public School (KBPS) has achieved commendable success at the Inter-School Athletic Competition held at the University of Jammu, where its talented young athletes represented the Gandhinagar Zone with exceptional dedication, discipline and determination.

The students delivered outstanding performances across various athletic events, securing multiple first positions in their respective categories.

With an impressive tally of first-position holders, KBPS recorded the highest number of first-place achievements in the Gandhinagar Zone, reflecting the sustained efforts of its students and the school’s commitment to nurturing sporting excellence.

The Respected Principal, Ms. Nehreer Khan, warmly congratulated the winning students and their parents and specially acknowledged the dedicated efforts of Sports Coach Mr. Ajaz for his consistent training, guidance and commitment to preparing the athletes for the competition. She also appreciated the valuable contribution of the Sports Department, Management and teaching staff for their continued support and encouragement.

The Respected Principal extended her best wishes to all the selected athletes for the upcoming Zonal Level Competition and encouraged them to continue their disciplined preparation and strive for further excellence.

हिंदी दिवस विशेष प्रार्थना सभा
के.बी. पब्लिक स्कूल, जम्मू।
शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026–27

दिनांक 14 सितंबर ,2026 को हिंदी दिवस के पावन अवसर पर विद्यालय में एक विशेष प्रार्थना सभा का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में हिंदी भाषा के प्रति प्रेम, सम्मान एवं गौरव की भावना को जागृत करना था।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ प्रार्थना से हुआ, जिसके पश्चात आज का सुविचार कक्षा नवमी की छात्रा अक्सा ने प्रस्तुत किया, हिंदी कविता कक्षा चौथी की छात्रा हयात ने प्रस्तुत की। हिंदी दिवस पर प्रेरणादायक भाषण कक्षा दसवीं की छात्रा रोजिया भट्ट ने प्रस्तुत किया। प्राथमिक विभाग के नन्हे-मुन्ने विद्यार्थियों ने अपनी मनमोहक प्रस्तुति से सभी का मन मोह लिया। इसके बाद विद्यार्थियों द्वारा भूमिका-अभिनय (Role Play) एवं नुक्कड़ नाटक प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिसमें हिंदी भाषा के महत्व और हमारे दैनिक जीवन में उसकी उपयोगिता को प्रभावशाली ढंग से दर्शाया गया।

विद्यार्थियों की उत्साहपूर्ण भागीदारी और शानदार प्रस्तुतियों ने पूरे वातावरण को हिंदीमय बना दिया। कार्यक्रम का समापन राष्ट्रगान के साथ हुआ।
हिंदी दिवस के कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में हिंदी विभाग तथा सी.सी.ए .विभाग ने सराहनीय योगदान दिया।

Shaping Minds, Inspiring Futures: Inter-House Board Decoration Competition

2 September 2026 | K.B. Public School

As part of the Teachers’ Day celebrations, K.B. Public School organised an Inter-House Board Decoration Competition on 2 September 2026 for both the Junior and Senior Wings, based on the inspiring theme “Architects of the Future.”

The competition provided students with a vibrant platform to express their creativity while reflecting on the profound role of teachers as mentors, guides and builders of tomorrow. Students from all four houses transformed their display boards into thoughtful and visually engaging creations, combining artistic expression with meaningful ideas centred around education, inspiration and the teacher-student relationship.

The competition added a creative and meaningful dimension to the Teachers’ Day celebrations and provided students with an opportunity to express their admiration and appreciation for their teachers through art.

K.B. Public School applauds the creativity, dedication and teamwork demonstrated by the students of both wings and extends its best wishes to all the participants.
