Er. Abdul Hamid Jami is a resident of Pathanatir village of Poonch. His academic journey began at Govt. School Pathanatir and he has Graduated in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Srinagar.

He is now pursuing his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering Specialization "Power System Engineering" from National Institute of Technology, Srinagar an achievement that reflects not just intellect however, pure willpower, determination, and resilience.
Despite the numerous problems, he never allowed circumstances to define him, transforming every challenge into a stepping stone.

Er. Mohd Afzal is a resident of Draba, Surankote, Poonch. He completed his schooling from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Surankote and Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He also completed Master's degree in Public Administration from IGNOU. Now he is pursuing part-time Master of Business Administration in Banking & Finance.

Professionally, he worked 3 years as a Service Engineer at Plant of India Yamaha Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Noida). Currently, he is working in J&K Bank, posted at Galhuta Branch of Mendhar Since 2021.

Dr. Ibrar Ahmed is a resident of Manjheri Village in Tehsil Mendhar. He has indeed been selected as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at GMC Rajouri. This appointment signifies a positive development for the department and the institution.

Dr. Rahoof Choudhary is a resident of village Karna, Tehsil Mendhar of District Poonch.
He has completed all his basic schooling from his native village, Karnah in Tehsil Mendhar, where simple and humble teachers taught with dedication. Despite the hardships.
His father focused especially on Rahoof, determined that he would one day become a doctor.The idea of entering the world of medical science seemed like a distant dream.
In 2014, after completing his basic education and meeting the eligibility criteria for medical studies, Rahoof qualified for MBBS. He was the second-highest topper among ST students in the merit list and joined Government Medical College, Jammu.
After completing his MBBS, Rahoof pursued an MD in Anaesthesiology and Pain Medicine. And now, with immense pride, He has been selected for the DM in Critical Care Medicine—a remarkable achievement.

Dr. Waseem Ghani is a resident of Parat village of Poonch. His academic journey began at Public Educational Trust Harni and he has Graduated from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University (A state Technical University of Madhya Pradesh)

Dr. Najma Mushtaq is a resident of Surankote, Poonch. She completed her Bachelor degree in Sociology and Home sciences from the University of Jammu(Jammu and Kashmir) during Academic year 2016. and Master degree in Social Work from central University of Jammu in the year 2018.
In 2019, Dr. Najma Mushtaq embarked on her doctoral journey at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Hyderabad, a prestigious Central University. Her research focused on understanding the changing lives, livelihoods, and coping strategies of the Gujjar tribe in the Pir Panjal Himalayan region of Jammu,was not only significant in terms of its contribution to the existing literature on indigenous communities but also in providing vital insights into the socio-economic challenges and adaptive strategies employed by the Gujjar tribe in the face of rapid social and environmental changes. Her research underlined the importance of culturally relevant coping mechanisms and the role of social work in bridging the gaps in development efforts in these areas.

Her academic achievements are not limited to her doctoral research. She qualified for the National Testing Agency’s National Eligibility Test (NTA NET) Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Social Work in June 2023, a recognition of her academic rigor and scholarly potential. In October 2023, she also cleared the Jammu and Kashmir State Eligibility Test (JK SET) in Social Work.
She has published numerous research papers in reputed journals and international conferences.

Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmed Misbah is a resident of Rajouri. He completed his Bachelor degree in Arts from the University of Jammu(Jammu and Kashmir)

Dr. Misbah earned his Ph.D from University of Delhi in the year 2025. He has published numerous research papers in reputed journals and international conferences.
He has worked as an Anchor at All India Radio News and Editor of Rudad- e-Qaum and he always known for his hard work and dedication.

It is about Tahir Ali and saffron cultivation in the Poonch district.

Tahir Ali resident of village Gursai, Tehsil Mendhar District Poonch.
He did his schooling at Muqaddas Higher Secondary school Mendhar. Graduated from GGM Science College Jammu, Post graduation and MPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Jammu. He has qualified for UGC NET, CSIR NET JRF, ASRB-NET, JKSET, and GATE in life sciences conducted by IIT and also qualified for the Maulana Azad National Fellowship during his research career.
At present, he is pursuing Ph.D in biochemistry from the University of Jammu under CSIR -SRF. During his doctoral research, he introduced saffron cultivation in Poonch district.
Due to his research, Poonch district witnessed saffron cultivation for the first time.

He has done farmers' awareness programs at Poonch regarding a saffron extension.
