𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 (𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬) organized an awareness lecture on
“𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬” on 18 August 2026. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐣 as the resource person delivered the session and focused on promoting equality, dignity and mutual respect, while encouraging students to reflect on gender stereotypes and biases. She engaged the students in a meaningful discussion on the importance of empathetic communication, respectful interactions and responsible behaviour.
She highlighted the need to build a safe, inclusive and respectful campus culture where every individual feels valued, heard and treated with dignity.
The session concluded with a renewed commitment towards creating a more aware, sensitive and inclusive educational environment.
More than 140 students of both LLB and BA LLB attended the lecture and keenly participated in it.

𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 (𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬) 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐣 for delivering an awareness lecture on “𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬” with the objective of encouraging a culture of equality, dignity, mutual respect and inclusivity within the educational environment.
The session will focus on understanding gender sensitivity, challenging stereotypes and promoting respectful and responsible academic community. It will also highlight the importance of creating a safe, inclusive and harassment-free campus where every individual is treated with dignity and respect.

Dogra Educational Trust proudly celebrated the 80th Independence Day 2026 at the Auditorium of the Dogra Educational Complex with great enthusiasm, patriotic fervour, and a deep sense of national pride.
The celebration commenced with Piloting by the NCC Cadets of the Dogra Group of Colleges, followed by the unfurling of the National Flag by 𝐃𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐯 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐤, 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝐃𝐄𝐓.
The occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of 𝐃𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐫, Director, Dogra Group of Colleges; Dr Dharamveer Sharma, Dean, Dogra Group of Colleges; and the principals of all three colleges. The soulful rendition of the National Anthem echoed across the campus, filling the atmosphere with a profound sense of pride, unity, patriotism, and reverence for the nation.

Anjali Thakur, a student of DCE, recited a patriotic poem.
Divyanshi & Aniada, students of DDC sang a patriotic song.
A captivating skit was presented by DLC students.
Sonia Devi, Student DCE sang Patriotic song.
Faisal Ishaq, Student DLC delivered a thought-provoking and inspiring speech on Independence Day.
The Vote of Thanks was proposed by NSS volunteer Rahul Bavoria, who extended his sincere gratitude to the esteemed dignitaries, faculty members, staff, NCC cadets, NSS volunteers, and students for their valuable presence and wholehearted participation.

𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 (𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬) students : 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐲𝐚 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚 secured the Gold Medal and Trophy at the 4th Ranking Roller Skating Championship 2026 held at MA Stadium, Jammu organized by the J&K Roller Sports Association.

𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤, participated in the National Karate Championship held at Indore Public School, Madhya Pradesh and secured Gold and Bronze Medal and earned the prestigious Black Belt, symbolizing mastery and dedication to the sport.
