Women's empowerment involves giving women the power to make their own decisions for personal and social progress. It means boosting their confidence to handle tough situations, encouraging them to actively engage in social and political activities, and valuing their contributions. In the past, women were treated poorly, denied education, and confined to household tasks without knowing their rights. To strengthen our country, we must empower women,who make up half the population. This requires joint efforts from individuals and the government. Girl's education should be mandatory, giving them the chance to create their own path. Women should have equal opportunities and pay in all fields. We need to stop child marriages, especially in rural areas, and offer programs to help women in financial trouble. It's crucial to erase the stigma around divorce and abuse,so women don't stay in harmful relationship due to societal pressure. True women's empowerment means changing society's attitude towards women, treating them with respect, fairness, and equality.

Today Govt High School Mangnar (District Poonch)organized volleyball match between NCC cadets corps and Panchayat students of HS mangnar on the eve of National Sports Day. India is celebrating 117th birthday anniversary of Major dhyan chand ji.
Sh. Prem prakash Luthra Retd District youth services and sports officer was the Chief Guest and S. Narjeet Singh (Retd ZPEO)was Guest of Honor.Other dignitaries Who remained present on the Occasion includes Mr.sumeet kumar (Youth club president mangnar) sandeep kumar REK, and all the staff members of this institution.
Inaugural Speech was delivered by Mr. Sunny Tandon(Teacher) in which he congratulates all the students and staff members and also highlighted some interesting facts related to Life of Legendary Major Dhyan Chand.
Students also participated in the event and delivered inspirational speeches.

Entire event was Well monitored by S.Balvinder singh PEM and Vikas Sharma PET.

Speaking on the Occasion Guest of Honour S. Narjeet Singh ji presented his best wishes to all the students and staff members on National Sports day. He also appreciated the efforts of worthy Headmaster and entire staff for Organising this day with great zeal and Enthusiasm.

Speaking on the occasion Chief guest Sh. Prem Parkash Luthra Ji delivered an inspirational Speech which made the event colourful. He highlighted the main benefits of Sports in our day to day life.

Finally Sh. Satish Sharma(2nd Incharge) presented vote of thanks to the guests and all the audience present there on behalf of worthy Headmaster.
