Today’s Basant Panchami celebration at school was a vibrant tribute to the arrival of spring and the pursuit of knowledge. The campus glowed with energy as children arrived dressed in beautiful yellow attire, a color symbolizing the brilliance of nature’s harvest and the light of wisdom. The heart of the event was a soulful tribute to Goddess Saraswati, where students offered fresh flowers and performed a graceful Saraswati Vandana dance, seeking blessings for their academic journey. The theme of the day extended even to their lunch breaks, with tiffins filled with festive yellow treats. To conclude the festivities, Principal ma’am shared an inspiring message, encouraging every student to embrace the spirit of learning and creativity that this auspicious day represents.

The school picnic to Trikuta Hills Orchards was a joyful and memorable experience for all the children. The day was filled with excitement, laughter, and fun as the children enjoyed every corner of the beautiful surroundings. The scenic beauty of the orchards made the trip refreshing and enjoyable.

Food arrangements were well planned and served on time. The children enjoyed breakfast on arrival, followed by a delicious lunch, and later an evening breakfast, which kept them energetic throughout the day.

A variety of fun-filled activities were organized for the children. They enjoyed swings, bouncy slides, and other play areas. A lively DJ floor added great excitement, where children danced happily to their favorite music. The “Display Your Talent” activity gave students a wonderful opportunity to showcase their skills and confidence. Games like musical chairs brought cheer, enthusiasm, and healthy competition among the children.

Overall, the picnic was a grand success. It provided a refreshing break from routine, encouraged creativity and teamwork, and created joyful memories that the children will cherish forever.

Scientia International School successfully conducted an informative and inspiring seminar titled “Mission Uniform: Pathways to a Career in the Defence Forces”, led by Deputy Commandant Ravinder Dhariwal, aimed at guiding students on the vast opportunities available in the Indian Defence Forces.

During the session, Deputy Commandant Dhariwal shared valuable insights into careers across the Army, Navy, Air Force, and other allied defence services. He elaborated on eligibility criteria, entry schemes, selection procedures, physical and mental preparedness, and the discipline-driven lifestyle of defence personnel. Emphasising the values of patriotism, leadership, and resilience, he encouraged students to consider defence services as a noble and fulfilling career choice.

The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who actively engaged in discussions and raised thoughtful questions about examinations, training academies, and long-term growth in the forces. Deputy Commandant Dhariwal also highlighted the equal importance of physical fitness and academic focus in preparing for a career in defence.

Speaking on the occasion, the school management expressed gratitude to Deputy Commandant Ravinder Dhariwal for motivating and mentoring students, reaffirming Scientia International School’s commitment to holistic education and career guidance beyond classrooms.

The seminar concluded with a vote of thanks and left students inspired to explore disciplined, service-oriented careers in the nation’s defence forces.

✨ UDAAN | Annual Showcase 2025-26✨

Scientia International School proudly presented its Annual Showcase UDAAN 2025–26 at the prestigious Abhinav Theatre, Jammu. The evening unfolded as a vibrant celebration of creativity, confidence and holistic learning, where our students took centre stage to express culture, discipline and imagination through captivating performances in dance, music, drama and folk art.

The programme began with a warm welcome address by Principal Mrs. Bharti Bhardwaj, setting the tone by highlighting the school’s vision and the essence of UDAAN—symbolising freedom, courage, growth and soaring aspirations. The event was graced by Padma Shri Balwant Thakur, Director, Natrang, as Chief Guest, Mrs Sunaina Mehta, HoD, Revenue training centre and Mr Ravinder Dhariwal, Dy Commandant, CRPF along with esteemed dignitaries, whose presence inspired both students and the audience.

A special highlight of the evening was the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where students were honoured for academic excellence and outstanding achievements in sports, reinforcing the school’s belief in balanced development and all-round excellence.

With the constant support of parents, teachers and the school leadership, UDAAN 2025–26 stood as a proud reflection of Scientia International School’s commitment to nurturing confident, capable and value-driven learners, ready to spread their wings and rise towards a brighter future.

Scientia International School Hosts Annual Showcase ‘UDAAN 2025–26’ at Abhinav Theatre

Scientia first step successfully organised the Games and Giggles Sports Meet 2025 on Saturday, November 29, 2025. The event was filled with enthusiasm, energy, and cheerful participation from all students.

Various activities and competitions were conducted to promote fitness, teamwork, discipline, and confidence. After two preliminary rounds earlier in the week, the Finals created an exciting atmosphere on the main event day.

Students arrived in proper sports uniform and displayed excellent sportsmanship and team spirit. The school sincerely thanks all parents for their support in making the Sports Meet a wonderful success.
