ACHIEVERS

Knowing what you want begins with knowing yourself. An honest appraisal is key to figuring out your ultimate goals. We the team Achievers helps to introduce you to yourself by designing the curriculum in such a way that ignites a sense of goal in the student . The common problem we ever found in the students who are on the verge to decide there career path are aim less . There is a common saying ”If you don’t know where to go then you will not even know where you will reach.” The psychology of such students is like a directionless wind with numerous aims or with no aim such students waste there golden period in wasteful , directionless activities and then ends up in frustration. We have counseled around morethan 100000 students in last 20 years during our long journey and struggle for the right career direction summed up with new innovative and highly result oriented solutions to the students . Before briefing what we give we provoke students to have self appraisal by answering just few questions to get a clarification on ones goal :What level of responsibility do you want to have? What is the core area of your interest would you like to head? What results do you want to achieve in your concerned interest ? What type of job do you want to work in (culture, size, integrity, reputation, etc.)? What problems or concerns do you care enough about to focus your entire career on solving? What type of environment do you want ? What type of people do you like to meet ? What compensation (salary, benefits) do you desire? What type of learning process you adopt ? How you hunt for an information ? How much time you can give to achieve your decided goal ? What is you level of determination ? Who all are affected if you fail to achieve your goals ? How much do you care the sentiments on whom you are dependent ? After Re-evaluating the goals we counsel the student again and suggest him his career to his best abilities by providing him the world class environment to grow and develop in the guidance of highly literate and experienced faculty . What we don`t do is “one-size-fits-all”
