Happy Children’s Day!
Children’s Day is celebrated every year on 14th November to honour Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who loved children very much. This day reminds us that children are the future of our country and deserve love, care, and a happy environment to grow. Schools celebrate with fun activities, games, and programmes to make children feel special. It is a day to appreciate their innocence, creativity, and joy.

Celebrating Diwali in pre-school helps children understand the value of our culture and traditions. It teaches them about the festival of lights, the victory of good over evil, and the importance of sharing and caring. Such celebrations make learning fun and meaningful. Children enjoy activities like making diyas, rangoli, and decorating the classroom, which develop their creativity and teamwork. It also helps them learn respect for cultural diversity and builds a sense of joy and togetherness.

He had sung in over 40 different languages and dialects, including not only major Indian languages like Assamese, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu etc., but also several tribal dialects of Northeast India.
Plus, he was skilled with musical instruments—he could play 12 different instruments, including the tabla, harmonium, dotara, mandolin, guitar and others.
