🎉 Huge Congratulations to Sanvi Pramod Deore! 🎉
Let's congratulate our student, Miss Sanvi Pramod Deore, as her drawing based on the theme "Made in India" has been selected for the prestigious Rangrezz calendar! 🎨✨
This massive painting competition was conducted by MY FM 94.3 across various schools all over Jalgaon City. Out of many entries, only the most outstanding drawings were chosen to feature in the calendar. Using her incredible creativity and imagination, Sanvi created a fabulous artwork that truly stood out.
At Smt. Choudhari English Medium School, we believe in holistic development. Along with academics, we regularly conduct various co-curricular activities to help enhance our students' skills and develop their overall personalities.

World Environment Day Appeal 🌱
On the occasion of World Environment Day, the Principal of Smt. S.L.C. English Medium School (The School of Environment), Mrs. Chetana Nannaware, appeals to all students and parents to minimize plastic use.
Starting this year, let's replace plastic water bottles and plastic tiffin boxes with eco-friendly alternatives. As we know, plastic is highly hazardous to our environment. Let's make a change together!

🌿 A Commendable Eco-Friendly Initiative by Student Jivika Sonawane! 🌿
In today's modern era, maintaining ecological balance has become the need of the hour. Turning this thought into action, Jivika Sonawane, a Class 9 student of Smt. Subhadra Laxman English Medium School, has undertaken a highly commendable initiative during her summer vacation. Utilizing her holidays productively, Jivika collected seeds from various trees and crafted eco-friendly 'seed balls.'
Smt. Subhadra Laxman Choudhari School is well-known in the region as an 'Eco-School.' To foster a love for nature among students before the summer vacation began, the school organized a live demonstration showing students how to make seed balls. Additionally, students were given a special vacation project to create and bring back these seed balls.
Inspired by the school's initiative, Jivika collected a variety of tree seeds throughout the summer. She then skillfully prepared the seed balls using a proper mix of soil, fertilizer, and cow dung, safely embedding the collected seeds inside them. These seed balls will be dispersed in various locations during the upcoming monsoon season to grow into new trees.
Thanks to this initiative by the school and the enthusiastic response from students like Jivika, she is receiving widespread praise from the community. On this occasion, confidence was expressed that providing students with such eco-friendly education right from their school days will surely help the next generation maintain our environmental balance.

A Green Milestone: The Growth of Red Sandalwood
Smt. S.L. Choudhary English Medium School's premises have recently become home to a rare and precious botanical treasure: a flourishing Red Sandalwood (Rakt Chandan) (Pterocarpus santalinus) tree. This achievement is the result of the vision and dedicated care of Mrs. Jamuna Nannaware, who took the initiative to plant the seeds and nurture them into a healthy, thriving tree.
Red Sandalwood is renowned globally for its rich, deep-red wood and its medicinal and cosmetic properties. However, it is also known among botanists as a "difficult" species to cultivate for several reasons.
A Lesson Beyond the Classroom
The presence of this tree on campus serves as a living laboratory for students. It stands as a testament to the rewards of "proper care" and persistence. Mrs. Nannaware’s efforts have not only added to the school’s biodiversity but have also taught the students a vital lesson: nature responds to those who treat it with patience and respect.

🌎 Green Revolution at Smt. S. L. Chaudhari English Medium School! 🌱
On the occasion of World Earth Day, our students turned into eco-warriors by creating thousands of Seed Balls! 🥥✨
Guided by our dedicated team, students collected fruit and flower seeds, mixing soil and compost to prepare for a greener monsoon. Beyond just making them, they learned the science of dispersing these "seeds of hope" in open spaces and hilly terrains to boost reforestation.
It is heartening to see our young learners taking a pledge to protect Mother Earth and lead the way toward a sustainable future.
