Glimpse of the day 2: Early Years children spray painted the t-shirts, the activity was fun as it was the experience with which they realised useless material can be artistically used . The day continued for students to use the recycled materials and created a "Recycled Art Wall".
Cooking like a chef was about being an inquirer, creative, confident and reflective. Our learners were upskilled to make fruit salad, which they thoroughly enjoyed.🥗🌟☀️🏞️

All work and no play doesn’t just make Jill and Jack dull, it kills the potential of discovery, mastery and openness to change and flexibility and it hinders innovation and invention.

IB aims at skill development through experiential learning. CIFS planned summer camp for all grades for children to mundane class routines and take pleasure of the day to the fullest. The roster of the day had a host of activities which were a blend of both indoor and outdoor exposure.⭐🌟✨☀️

PYP enjoyed pottery, papier-mâché; making sculptures, straw rockets, reading a book for ‘Poster my Wall’ and Popsicle chain reaction. The juniors enjoyed making structures from legos, table coasters using leaf impression, calming jars using sparkles, scavenger hunt for their next painting activity and core cross fitness to help build core strength.📖

Early years enthusiastically created master pieces with straws, observed and analyzed the technical concepts of ‘Why the objects float and sink in water?’ Refreshing ‘Mojito’ was prepared and relished to their peers. 🥤🥤

All in all, it was a day filled with wonder, new learning and possibilities. 🌟☀️

To incorporate the value of 'Health & Hygiene', PYP Early Years celebrated is Wealth Day under the transdisciplinary theme "Who We Are" in which fitness session was organised followed by a special assembly to make our learners aware about 'personal hygiene' through audio-visual. Other activities included meditation and art & craft which helped our inquirers to develop self-management skills and inspire healthy eating.🪥🧽🧼

PYP Early Years celebrated Mother’s Day👩‍👩‍👧💕on May 13. The day started with a special assembly, wherein learner’s lighted up the atmosphere by singing beautiful songs for their mother’s and learned the role of a mother in a child’s life with the help of audio visuals. Students indulged themselves in creative activities and made beautiful cards to express their endless love and gratitude towards their mother. Overall , it was a fun-filled day❤️ with a bag full of learning experiences for everyone.

CIFS celebrated Mother’s Day, where the students from Grade I – Grade XII, indulged themselves in creative expression of their love and appreciation for their mothers by creating timelines of mothers, beautiful cards, abstract art paintings, and posters❤😍🥰.

As Cambridge International Foundation School believes in empowering the students to lead, decide and work as a team for school initiatives, so elections for STUDENT COUNCIL 2023-24 were held on 4th May 2023, giving the students opportunity to witness the Principles of Democracy as enshrined in our constitution 📜. The emphasis was on fostering the ability to communicate, contesting the election with a spirit of healthy competition and taking on the mantle of a good leader willingly🙂🤝. The election process began with nomination of students as Head Boy, Head Girl, Vice Head Boy, Vice Head Girl, Sports Captain and Vice Sports Captain from four houses- Pine, Oak, Maple and Cedar🌲🌳🍁🌲. The nominated students of this prestigious body got the opportunity to exercise their leadership skills, and put in their sincere efforts to uphold the trust invested in them.

The accomplishment is the proud reflection of the vision, passion, perseverance and commitment that the school infuses in the student🙏🤲👏😍🙂

There is no substitute for hard work, considering the fact today organised a special assembly on 1st May 2023 for Labour Day. The day ignites the feeling of open-handedness and admiration in the students. appreciates the strenuous efforts of the consistent helpers of our school and society. The students cheered to the untiring efforts of the support staff by making them involved in Zumba.💃🏻 In addition, an energetic Tug-of War between the school support staff 🤺👏acted as a catalyst to the entertainment around. Students expressed their gratitude through cards and appreciation badges to the support staff. Finally, a heart-warming thank you speech concluded the celebration followed with refreshments; thus, delivering a message that, “Without labour nothing prospers.” - Sophocles ☀️👏👏👏

Workshops are an effective way to instruct about procedures and working to increase knowledge and develop sense of satisfaction.
For parents, workshop was organised to cover various academic aspects. ☀️Parents learned some new techniques to use Toddle app for smooth functioning and implementation of different functions available on Toddle and to keep themselves updated with every information about their kid. The session was very fruitful.📖👍

Talent Hunt is an event, which gives a platform to the students to represent their expertise in a field. This helps the participants strengthen their strengths and also motivates others to show their capabilities confidently. To bring this forward made a pavement for the learners (Early Years to Grade 5) and organized a ' ' where students participated with enthusiasm, dedication, and magnificently 🎉. Participants were highly appreciated and were awarded Learner Profile badges. 🌟
