Diwali Celebration at Somerset International school

The festival of lights, Diwali, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy at Somerset International school.The school campus was beautifully decorated with diyas, rangolis, and vibrant lights, creating a festive atmosphere all around.

Students from classes I to XII participated in various activities such as Rangoli Making, Diya Decoration, Card Making, and Dance Performances. Their creativity and enthusiasm reflected the true spirit of the festival. Teachers also took part wholeheartedly in the celebrations, organizing and guiding the students in different events.

A special assembly was conducted highlighting the significance of Diwali and spreading the message of victory of light over darkness and good over evil.

The event concluded with sweets being distributed among students and staff, spreading happiness and festive cheer across the campus.

Independence Day Celebration
Today, the students enthusiastically celebrated Independence Day in the school campus. Dressed beautifully in tricolours, they showcased their love for the nation. The celebration began with patriotic songs sung by the students, filling the atmosphere with pride and joy. They also performed energetic dances on patriotic tunes, reflecting their respect and devotion towards the country. The event was filled with enthusiasm, unity, and the true spirit of freedom.

Janmashtami Celebration

Our students joyfully celebrated Janmashtami with great enthusiasm. They came beautifully dressed as Radha and Krishna, adding vibrant colors to the occasion. The children sang and danced to melodious Radha–Krishna songs, spreading devotion and happiness all around. They also relished makhan-mishri, just as Lord Krishna loved. It was a delightful and memorable celebration for everyone.
