*Awareness Session on Girls 's Safety
An awareness session on Girls’ Safety was organized on 9 December 2025 at Akal Academy Bilga. Girls from class 5th to 8th actively participated in it.The session was conducted by the school counselors, Ms. Palvi Kapoor and Ms. Sarbjit Kaur with the aim of educating the girl students about personal safety, confidence building, and responsible behaviour.
The counselors explained the importance of girls’ safety, highlighting the need to stay alert, trust their instincts, and report any uncomfortable situation to trusted adults. The students were guided about safe and unsafe touch, online safety, and how to protect themselves in public places.
A detailed discussion was held where students shared their thoughts, doubts, and experiences. The counselors encouraged open communication and assured students that the school environment is safe and supportive.
To make the session more engaging, a role play activity was performed, demonstrating real-life situations and how to respond confidently and wisely. This helped students understand practical steps to stay safe.
The programme concluded with an interactive question–answer session, where students asked various queries related to safety and were given clear and helpful guidance.
Overall, the session was informative, interactive, and empowering for all the participants.

Drug Awareness Week
Akal Academy Bilga organized an anti-drug campaign on December8, 2025. The motto of the event was to spread awareness among people of young age about abuses of drugs. The rally was started with the permission of respected principal Mrs. Harpreet kaur sahni by hosting green flag. Students of grade VI to VIII participated in this event. They went to the nearest village Powadra. People of the village warmly welcomed the students. Then students went around the village by raising slogans against drugs. Moreover, students of class VIII & XI recited poems, which gave a great message to all the audience about the bad impact of drugs. Students were provided with refreshment. People also appreciated the efforts of Akal Academy. Mr. Manpreet Singh thanked people with warm words and encourage them to become baptized and give a great contribution in decline of drugs in Punjab.

Report on the Religious Programme Held on the Eve of the 350th Martyrdom Day of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
Akal Academy Bilga observed the sacred 350th Martyrdom Day of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji with great devotion and reverence. A special religious programme was organised on 24th October 2025 in the school premises to pay homage to the ninth Guru, who sacrificed his life to uphold the values of truth, righteousness, and freedom of faith.
The programme at Darbar Sahib,commenced with Nitnem followed by the recitation of a soulful Shabad, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere. Students participated wholeheartedly, presenting Shabads, speeches, and poems dedicated to the life and teachings of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji.
A detailed presentation on the life history of Guru Ji was delivered by S. Beant Singh (Punjabi teacher) and Parteet Kaur student of 7th grade. They highlighted his unmatched courage, his message of universal brotherhood, and his supreme sacrifice for protecting human rights. The audience was inspired by the narration of Guru Ji’s calmness, meditation, and selfless service towards humanity.
The Principal, Mrs. Harpreet Kaur, appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers for organising such a meaningful programme. She motivated everyone to follow the path shown by Guru Ji and to imbibe values of truth, humility, and compassion in their daily lives.
The event concluded with an Ardas, seeking blessings for peace, unity, and moral strength. Chopai sahib & Salok M. 9's path were also recited by the students and staff.

Prakash Purab Report
Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji was celebrated on 18 november, 2025 in Akal Academy Bilga.
The entire school was beautifully decorated with artwork prepared by the students and teachers. There was also a display of DIY materials by the students. The programme began with a melodious Shabad followed by number of poems, Kwishries and Shabads. The Principal, Ms. Harpreet Kaur, welcomed the guests and parents. She addressed them with inspiring words from Guru Ji's teachings. The function concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks and recitation of Ardas and Hukamnama. At last, Karah Prashad and Guru Ka Langer were distributed among the Sangat.

Tribute to Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha
Akal Academy Bilga**
Akal Academy Bilga organized a special programme to pay homage to Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha, the youngest and one of the most inspiring revolutionaries of India. The event was conducted with great respect and patriotic spirit under the guidance of Principal Mrs. Harpreet Kaur Sahni.
The programme began with the Nitnem after that the divine chanting of shabad by the students invoking courage and strength. Mrs. Gitu Soni then presented a well-prepared speech highlighting the life journey of Kartar Singh Sarabha—born in 1896 in village Sarabha, Ludhiana, he moved to the United States for higher studies but soon dedicated himself to the Ghadar Movement. His fearless participation in printing and distributing the Ghadar newspaper to awaken Indians abroad was beautifully explained by the speakers.
A detailed life history presentation reminded everyone that Sarabha returned to India as a young revolutionary. Students emphasized his famous words, “If I had a thousand lives, I would sacrifice them all for my motherland.”
To honour his spirit, students recited a heartfelt poem dedicated to his bravery and patriotic fire. The poem filled the atmosphere with pride and emotion.
Teachers highlighted how his life encourages students to be disciplined, responsible, and devoted to their nation.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the Principal, teachers, and students for making the event meaningful. The tribute served as a strong reminder of the sacrifices of India’s freedom fighters and inspired students to uphold values of bravery, honesty, and patriotism.
Overall, the event was a heartfelt and educational tribute that deepened students’ respect for Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha, whose legacy continues to shine as a beacon of courage for generations.

Children's day celebration
Children's Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Akal Academy Bilga on November 14,2025.The teachers organized various activities and games for the entertainment of the children in which they participated with great joy and made this day memorable. Respected Principal, Mrs. Harpreet Kaur Sahni extended her heartfelt best wishes to all the students and reminded them that they are the future of the nation. In her message, she said that every child is unique and blessed with immense potential. She encouraged the students to stay disciplined, work hard, and always uphold the values of kindness, respect, and honesty.The activity in-charge Mrs. Sarbjit kaur and Mr. Manpreet Singh congratulated the children and encouraged them to become a good personality and bring glory to their parents and the academy.
