She focused on the specific needs of adolescent girls. The session covered topics like menstrual hygiene management, myths, and empowered them with knowledge and confidence. The school aims to break the stigma surrounding menstruation and promote a supportive environment for menstrual health awareness."

Seth Hukam Chand School got the privilege to organise a cancer awareness program by Caring Souls Foundation under the cynosure most revered Principal Mrs Mamta Bahl ma'am. Mr. Sanjeev Verma made the students aware about the harmful effects of cancer and how we can prevent it by changing our lifestyle and food habits. The objective of this program was to increase knowledge about this fatal disease. Teachers in this regard greeted students with the message that Healthy lifestyle should include walking, sports, yoga, well balance diet, lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

GLIMPSES OF WORLD EARTH DAY ACTIVITIES HELD IN. SCHOOL

World Earth Day is celebrated on April 22 each year to raise an awareness about the importance of protecting our planet and promoting sustainability. By celebrating Earth Day, we show our commitment to safeguard the Earth for future generations. It’s a day to appreciate the natural beauty of our planet and to recognize the urgent need to protect it.

Today in the morning assembly a poem was recited and the speech was delivered by the students emphasising the importance of Earth. A soulful dance performance dedicated to our blue planet and to celebrate Mother Earth was organized by our learners. Our Reverend Madam Principal Mrs. Mamta Bahl shared her valuable thoughts highlighting the significance of Earth Day and admired the efforts presented by the students.
