A special thanks to Learning Manager Mr. Manan Sil for the engaging presentation, where students explored the fascinating world of hospitality — from Hyatt’s history to its luxurious rooms, restaurants, lobby, swimming pool, spa, bar, banquets, kitchen, bakery, back area, housekeeping department, and cafeteria.

This visit provided our students with real-world exposure and a deeper understanding of hotel operations and industry standards. 🌟

The St. Soldier Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology witnessed a true culinary extravaganza as budding chefs showcased their exceptional talent in an exciting in-house chef competition held at the campus in Jalandhar.

The event was graciously attended by Principal Kirti Sharma and HOD Manish Gupta, who applauded the students for their creativity, presentation skills, and culinary expertise.

Our young chefs truly whipped up a storm, presenting a diverse array of innovative and delectable dishes that left the judges with the delightful challenge of making a tough decision. After careful deliberation, the winners were announced, celebrating excellence, passion, and hard work.
