Remarkable Placements 2024- 25 NITJ
The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Dr. BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar experienced a remarkable placement season for the academic year 2024–25. A major milestone was the highest package of Rs 52 LPA, secured by four students from the department, with offers from global tech giants including Google, Amazon, and Microsoft.
With over 95% of students placed, the department achieved an impressive average package of Rs 13.5 LPA, a testament to the academic rigor and technical caliber of its students. Numerous students also bagged Intern+PPO offers and multiple job offers across core and software domains.
Top-tier companies that recruited from the department include Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung R&D, Cisco, Goldman Sachs, Paytm, Infosys, HCLTech, Optum, NXP Semiconductors, BEL, Honeywell, Flipkart, BlackRock, Cadence, Wipro, and UKG, among many others. These outstanding results showcase the diverse skill sets, adaptability, and industry-readiness of the students.
This resounding success reflects the unwavering efforts of the Head of Department, the dedication of the faculty, and the visionary leadership of our Hon’ble Director Prof. Binod Kumar Kanaujia. Dept of ECE is feeling proud to share another benchmark set by Twinkle (Mtech ECE, 2018 Batch).
Twinkle got selected for the prestigious Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF) 2022, which is offered by the Ministry of Education, Govt of India for pursuing Ph.D at IISc.

"A sweet ending to a new beginning"
Someone said the easiest thing in the world is to study, though with the 2 year gap in physical interaction with students here came the FAREWELL for ECE batch 2018-2022, Mtech ECE batch 2020-2022.
As a student, no matter how successful you'll become, you will never be going to find the luxury of studying from the teachers and yes we missed too, standing on the podium, delivering lectures to students with amazing memories from students instead of sitting in front of a laptop.
Thanks to all the faculty members, students for joining the eve. This batch will remain special to us, we broke all the records in terms of placement from this batch and we hope the following batches will maintain the same.
Farewell is an emotion, From the heart of the whole Dept of ECE; We wish you all the very best for future endeavours. Looking forward to staying in touch with all of our students. Our doors will always remain open for all the students.
