ଆମ୍ବ ଟାକୁଆ ଖାଇ କନ୍ଧମାଳର ଦୁଇ ଆଦିବାସୀ ମହିଳା ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇବା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦୁଃଖଦ କଥା। ଏପରି ଘଟଣା ଦୁଇ ଦଶନ୍ଧି ତଳେ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳୁଥିଲା। ମାଣ୍ଡିପଙ୍କା ଗାଁର ନିରୀହ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଭାଇଭଉଣୀମାନଙ୍କର ଚାରି ମାସ ଧରି ରାସନ୍ ଚାଉଳ ବନ୍ଦ କାରଣରୁ ଆମ୍ବ ଟାକୁଆ ଖାଇବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି; ଯାହା ଆହୁରି ଦୁଃଖଦାୟକ।

ବିଜୁ ଜନତା ଦଳର ସରକାର ସମୟରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରି ଏନଏଫଏସଏ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ କରିବାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସାରା ଦେଶରେ ଏକ ନମ୍ବର୍ ରାଜ୍ୟ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏହାକୁ ଆହୁରି ବ୍ୟାପକ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆମେ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଭାବେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଯୋଜନା ଲାଗୁ କରିଥିଲୁ। ହେଲେ ଏକ ନମ୍ବର୍ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଭାବେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କଠାରୁ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ହେବାରୁ ଆସି ଆଜି ଏପରି ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦୁଃଖଦ ଓ ଦୁର୍ଭାଗ୍ୟଜନକ।
