From Classroom to Courtroom-
As a part of the student development programme at Kanoria school of law for women, an activity was organised, titled "law and creative expression." This session moved away from traditional lectures, focusing instead on experiential learning and student led interpretation.
Each group was assigned a specific legal statement, like A day in a courtroom, Rights on papers v. Rights in reality, Breaking legal barriers. This resulted in a vibrant display of talent. Students used various formats to explain their topics, such as dramatic plays, skits, essays and presentations. By choosing their own medium students were able to align the law with their personal strengths like acting and portrayal of different characters.
