Implied hidden wastages of time, money and efforts, and hardship experienced by students, parents and industries on account of the above also indicated a very strong need for doing something to help students / working professionals in making right career choices. We, at Caresteer, decided to take up this challenge and after extensive research and studies of prevailing practices across the globe, developed validated and reliable psychological instruments for assessment of psychological profiles of individuals and established relationship of different compositions of psychological profiles with different careers on the premise that when psychological profile of an individual is aligned to his chosen career, he is not only likely to enjoy his job but will certainly do well in that career because of inner contentment with his job.
