80th Independence Day Celebration

The 80th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm, patriotic fervour and pride under the joint auspices of Shri Mahaveer Digamber Jain Higher Secondary School, Mahaveer Public School, Shri Mahaveer College, Shri Padmavati Jain Girls Higher Secondary School and Padmavati Public School, run by the Shri Mahaveer Digamber Jain Shiksha Parishad.
The programme commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem. The Chief Guest, Hon’ble Mr. Manish Sharma, Justice, Rajasthan High Court, was warmly welcomed by the President Shri Umrao Mal Sanghi, Secretary Shri Sunil Bakshi, Treasurer Shri Mahesh Kala and other esteemed members of the Shiksha Parishad with a garland. The Principal’s of all five institutions also extended their heartfelt welcome by presenting bouquets.
On the occasion, Secretary Shri Sunil Bakhshi highlighted the remarkable academic and co-curricular achievements of the institutions. President Shri Umrao Mal Sanghi inspired the students to actively contribute towards nation-building and remain ever-ready to serve and protect the motherland.
A captivating patriotic dance-drama, presented by the talented students, beautifully showcased India’s rich cultural heritage, unity and spirit of patriotism.
In his inspiring address, Chief Guest Hon’ble Mr. Manish Sharma extended his warm wishes on Independence Day and encouraged everyone to follow the path of duty, responsibility and patriotism, while taking a pledge to contribute towards the progress and protection of the nation.
The programme concluded with an address by Principal Shri Sandeep Shandilya, who expressed sincere gratitude to the Chief Guest, dignitaries, parents, teachers, students and all the guests for making the celebration memorable.
The programme was gracefully hosted by Mr. Naresh Jain and Ms. Shazia Alvi, whose confident and engaging stage anchoring added charm and energy to the celebration.
Let us honour the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and pledge to build a stronger, united and progressive India.

Har Ghar Tiranga Rally – SSCD Activity

As part of the SSCD activities for the 80th Independence Day Celebration 2026, the NCC Squadron of Shri Mahaveer Digambar Jain Senior Secondary School (SMDJ), Jaipur, organised a “Har Ghar Tiranga” Rally on 13 August 2026.
The rally was conducted under the able guidance of ANO Shri Sushil Jain. Cadets of both First Year and Second Year NCC enthusiastically participated in the rally, carrying the National Flag and spreading the message of patriotism, national pride, and respect for the Tricolour.
During the activity, the cadets also took a pledge to uphold the dignity and honour of the National Flag and to always show due respect towards the Tricolour. The pledge reinforced the values of patriotism, discipline, unity, and national responsibility among the cadets.
The enthusiastic participation of the cadets reflected their discipline, unity, commitment, and love for the nation. The activity successfully created awareness about the significance of the Tiranga and encouraged everyone to celebrate Independence Day with a strong sense of national pride.

💻 BUILDING THE NEXT GENERATION OF TECH INNOVATORS! 🚀

On July 25, 2026, Shri Mahaveer Digamber Jain Sr. Sec. School held its highly anticipated Coding Competition! ⚡

From tackling complex logic and debugging code to building clean programs in Python and Scratch, as well as designing in MS Paint and PowerPoint, our young tech wizards from Classes I to VIII showed incredible analytical skills and enthusiasm! 🤖🔥

Various technology-based and creative competitions were organized to encourage innovation, digital skills, creativity, and teamwork among students:
1. Poster Making Competition for Classes 1 to 3
2. Scratch Programming for Classes 4 & 5

Shri Mahaveer Digamber Jain Senior Secondary School, Jaipur proudly celebrated its *Investiture Ceremony 2026 on 22nd July 2026*, marking a significant milestone in nurturing future leaders. The event reflected the school's unwavering commitment to fostering leadership, discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility among its students.

The ceremony commenced with the sacred *Namokar Mantra* creating a serene and inspiring atmosphere, followed by an impressive march past by the newly elected Student Council, including the *School Captain, Head Girl*, and the captains of the four houses—**Ganga, Yamuna, Chambal, and Kaveri**.

"Small steps today lead to a greener tomorrow." 🌍💚

As a part of the SSCD Activities 2026–27, the Second Year NCC Cadets of SMDJ School enthusiastically organized a series of awareness programmes dedicated to environmental conservation and sustainable living.

🎭 Nukkad Natak
The cadets presented a thought-provoking Nukkad Natak on the Ban on the Use of Plastic Products, effectively spreading the message of protecting our environment from plastic pollution.

🚩 Paper Bag Day Rally
A vibrant rally was conducted across the school premises, where cadets carried creative placards and encouraged everyone to adopt paper and reusable bags as eco-friendly alternatives to plastic.

🤝 Environmental Pledge
All NCC cadets took a solemn pledge to reduce the use of plastic and promote the use of paper bags and reusable bags in their daily lives, inspiring others to do the same.

🎨 Origami Workshop
Students were introduced to the fascinating art of Origami, learning how a simple sheet of paper can be transformed into beautiful and meaningful creations.

Grand Inauguration of Six-Day Moral Education Camp at Mahaveer School

The 25th Six-Day Moral Education Camp, organized under the gracious patronage of Smt. Kaushalya Devi Jain Memorial Moral Education Fund, commenced on Monday at 9:00 a.m. in the premises of Shri Mahaveer Digambar Jain Senior Secondary School amidst a dignified and inspiring atmosphere.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Vimal Kumar Jain (Digambar Jain Vidhanacharya and Pratishthacharya), the Chief Guest, along with Mr. Sunil Bakshi, Honorary Secretary of the Education Council; Mr. Mahesh Kala, Treasurer; Mr. Vinod Jain Kotkhawada, Executive Committee Member; Mr. Pradeep Tholia, Convenor of the Moral Education Sub-Committee; Mr. Parmatma Prakash Bharill; Mrs. Seema Jain, Principal of Mahaveer Public School; Mr. Sandeep Shandilya, Principal of Shri Mahaveer Digamber Jain School; and Mr. Prem Chhabra, SMDJ Convenor. The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp before the idols of Goddess Saraswati and Lord Mahaveera, symbolizing the invocation of knowledge, wisdom and virtue.
On this auspicious occasion, the Chief Guest Dr. Vimal Kumar Jain was warmly welcomed with a floral garland. The distinguished guests were also felicitated by the teaching fraternity, while the office bearers and executive members of the Education Council extended a heartfelt floral welcome to the Chief Guest.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Sunil Bakshi highlighted the rich legacy of the camp, stating that for the past 24 years, the institution has been organizing this Moral Education Camp through the Late Smt. Kaushalya Devi Jain Memorial Fund. He emphasized that the primary objective of the camp is to nurture moral values, discipline, ethical conduct, and humanitarian ideals among students.
In his inspirational blessings, Dr. Vimal Kumar Jain conveyed his best wishes for the bright future of the students and encouraged them to imbibe moral values in their daily lives. He remarked that character building is the greatest asset for a successful future, and urged every student to make virtues and ethical values the foundation of life, alongside the pursuit of knowledge.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Sandeep Shandilya, Principal of Shri Mahaveer Digamber Jain School, who expressed his sincere gratitude to all the distinguished guests, visitors, and supporters for their valuable presence and extended his best wishes for the successful conduct of the camp.

On the auspicious occasion of Mahaveer Jayanti, Shri Mahaveer Digambar Jain Higher Secondary School organized a grand and inspiring live tableau. This special event not only captivated the audience but also brought to life the eternal messages of Lord Mahaveer.

Theme: "Lord Mahaveer: Five Names, One Message"

* Through live enactments, the students vividly presented the glorious legends associated with Lord Mahaveer's five names—Vardhaman, Veer, Ativeer, Mahaveer, and Sanmati.
* At the heart of the tableau lay the teachings of non-violence, truth, renunciation, and compassion—values ​​that remain even more relevant in today's times.
The guidance of the Tableau-in-Charge, Shri Naresh Jain, and the direction of Dr. Sheela Jain were highly commendable in making this grand event a resounding success. The students' hard work and their captivating performances inspired everyone to follow in the footsteps of Lord Mahaveer's ideals. All the students who were participated in this event felicitated by certificate and gifts by the School Coordinator, Shri Sushil Kumar Jain.

* विद्यार्थियों ने सजीव अभिनय के माध्यम से भगवान महावीर के पाँचों नामों — वर्धमान, वीर, अतिवीर, महावीर और सन्मति — के पीछे छिपी गौरवशाली गाथाओं को सजीव रूप में प्रस्तुत किया।
*झांकी के केंद्र में अहिंसा, सत्य, त्याग और करुणा की शिक्षाएं रहीं, जो आज के समय में और भी प्रासंगिक हैं।
इस भव्य आयोजन को सफल बनाने में झांकी प्रभारी श्री नरेश जैन का मार्गदर्शन एवं डॉ. शीला जैन का निर्देशन सराहनीय रहा। विद्यार्थियों की कड़ी मेहनत और उनकी मनमोहक प्रस्तुतियों ने सभी को भगवान महावीर के आदर्शों पर चलने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
