Our children participated in the IIHM Food Competition, putting their culinary skills, creativity, and ideas into practice. From planning and preparing to presenting their dishes, they created some truly amazing food.

Children explored food labels to understand the symbols, ingredients, nutritional information, and calories found on packaged foods. They learnt how to read beyond the front of the packet and make sense of what they are actually consuming.

Happy Teachers Day to all!

We conducted a workshop for our teachers exploring the connection between nature, art, intuition, and mental well-being, created by our founders, Dr. Pascal and Dr. Anju Chazot.

Through creative and nature-based experiences, teachers were encouraged to pause, reflect, express themselves, and reconnect with their own intuition. Caring for teachers’ mental and emotional well-being is equally important—they carry these experiences into the classroom in the way they listen, respond, create space, and support children.

When teachers are given the space to reflect and care for themselves, children benefit too—through calmer classrooms, deeper connections, and a more mindful approach to learning.
