ISRO has organised a Quiz and Poster/painting competition for students of classes 8-12.

International Moon Day Quiz has 30 multiple-choice questions. Each student can take it once. All 30 compulsory, 15 minutes. +2 or -1 mark.

Poster/Painting: One scanned copy (PDF/PNG/JPEG, up to 1 MB) of the original poster/painting on Lunar Exploration Coordination & Sustainability can be uploaded. Replacement is possible.
Winners would be awarded certificates.

Competitions are open till July 20, 2023.

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) said that Chandrayaan 3 will be launched on the 14th of this month around 2:35 PM from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota. In a tweet, ISRO gave this information.

ISRO will launch its ambitious Chandrayaan-3 Mission aimed at demonstrating critical technology to land the spacecraft on the Moon.

Chandrayaan-3 is a follow-on mission to Chandrayaan-2 to demonstrate end-to-end capability in safe landing and roving on the lunar surface. It consists of Lander and Rover configurations.

Chandrayaan-3 consists of an indigenous Lander module, a Propulsion module, and a Rover to develop and demonstrate new technologies required for Interplanetary missions.

Safe and soft landing on the lunar surface, rover roving on the moon, and conducting in-situ scientific experiments are the key mission objectives of Chandrayaan-3.

Futuristic Scholars के माध्यम से वर्ग अनुसार ओलंपियाड परीक्षा शुरू की गई है जिसमे शहरी एवं ग्रामीण दोनों क्षेत्र के स्टूडेंट्स भाग ले सकते है।

ओलंपियाड क्या है?
यह एक ऐसी परीक्षा है जो की स्कूली स्तर पर आयोजित की जाती है। यह परीक्षा नैशनल लेवल पर होती है। इस परीक्षा में पहली से 12वीं तक के विधार्थी भाग ले सकते है। इसमें साइंस, सामाजिक विज्ञान, गणित, हिंदी, इंग्लिश के ओलिंपियाड हैं जिसमे विद्यार्थी भाग ले सकते है।

क्यों देनी चाहिए ओलंपियाड परीक्षाएं?
1. ओलंपियाड परीक्षाएं देने से विद्यार्थियों को प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के स्तर का पता चलता है।
2. राज्य स्तर या अखिल भारतीय स्तर पर ओलंपियाड परीक्षाएं देने से विद्यार्थियों को अपनी क्षमताओं की जांच करने का मौका मिलता है।
3. ओलंपियाड जैसी परीक्षा देने से विद्यार्थियों को अपने ज्ञान के स्तर का और अपनी तर्कशक्ति की क्षमता का पता चलता है।
4. ओलंपियाड जैसी परीक्षाएं विद्यार्थियों की तार्किक सोच को उजागर करती हैं।

फ्यूचरिस्टिक स्कॉलर्स के माध्यम से प्रत्येक वर्ष ओलंपियाड परीक्षा करायी जाएगी जिसमें राज्य स्तर, नेशनल स्तर पर 2 लाख रुपये तक की अवार्ड राशि के साथ संस्थान की तरफ से सर्टिफिकेट प्रदान किया जाएगा।
