In today's hearing, Hon'ble CJ took notice of the contempt of court by schools and observed that the hearing for this will be taken up separately.

Our resolve is to ensure that the contempt case is heard urgently by the courts. We are pushing for priority listing for tomorrow

Pls note this is a collective fight for the rights of our fraternity of parents and students and there is no divide between us on associations societies or groups. Help us to consolidate as much contempt proofs from willing parents to represent many schools from all districts of Rajasthan. Your wholesome energies on this activity today will turn the face of events of tomorrow. Hence please cooperate to consolidate.

राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने 30 सितंबर तक फीस जमा कराने के कोर्ट के आदेश पर स्टे लगाया।
किसी भी बच्चे की ऑनलाइन क्लासेज की फीस जमा नहीं करवाने के अभाव में क्लासेज से ब्लॉक किए जाने के आदेश पे रोक लगाई।

सरकार के आदेश के अनुसार हर स्कूल को ट्यूशन फीस का 70% अमाउंट लेना है परंतु स्कूलों ने ट्यूशन फीस की जगह और भी फीस मिलाकर 70% फीस कर दी जिसकी जमा कराने की पहली इंस्टॉलमेंट की तारीख 30 सितंबर 2020 दी गई सभी अभिभावकों को लगातार स्कूल कल तक फीस जमा कराने का दबाव बना रही हैं अन्यथा बच्चों की ऑनलाइन एजुकेशन बंद कर दी जाएगी क्या सरकार की तरफ से इस तरह के ऑनलाइन क्लासेस की 70% फीस जमा कराने की आदेश सही है चलो सरकार ने आदेश दिए तो क्या स्कूलों का सरकारी आदेशों की अवहेलना कर पूरी फीस पर 70% करना सही है। सरकार से अनुरोध है कि इस बार अपना निर्णय अभिभावकों की स्थिति देख ,स्कूलों के खर्चे देख फिर से सुनाएं नहीं तो पता लगेगा कई अभिभावक जिनके पास पैसा नहीं है परंतु मजबूरी है फीस जमा कराने की डिप्रेशन में आ जाएंगे।
अभिभावक इंतजार में की सरकार वापस अपना निर्णय बदल इस बार निर्णय अभिभावक के favour में लेगी।
