Arham Corporate Retreat, an initiative by Muni Pranamya Sagar Ji Maharaj, a Digamber Jain Muni from Acharya Vidhyasagar Ji Sangh ( World Famous Jain Saint known for his tough Jain Mool Sangh Lifestyle ).
This retreat was a welcome change from mundane life.
Comprising of various aspects of Yog, Dhyan, Stress and life management and excellent aspects Jain Dhyan to be precise, my heart was elated to see for first-time something of this sort in Digamber Jain Community.
Having been into the world of Yog Dhyan for past 25 years. The first one was when I was introduced in year 2000 by my father to Pranav Sadhana Yog Nidra by Chaintanya Guruji from South India, exploring and learning various facets from Vipasssana, Isha Foundation, Smarpan Dhyan, Preksha Meditation and also completing Master in Yoga and SOL from Jain Vishwa Bharti, Ladnun, I could connect the dots that most advanced systems of Yog and Dhyan whether it's Vedic Patanjali Yoga or Jain Yoga are same, just minor variation or name changes
Crux remains the same
My heartiest congratulations to Digamber Jain Community who has found a Guru which not religious but practical and spiritual.

When you are with your Guru, it's a bliss. Blessed to be under guidance of my teacher my guru Shri Banwari Lal Ji Natiya Ji.
We sat for the discussion of new projects to be undertaken, progress of our centre in Jaipur and Noida. Also new projects in pipeline and to launch them on national level and prepare more teachers.
And today it was Teej Festival in Jaipur and Guru Mata Smylt. Bimla Natiya Ji, has prepared Rajsthani Daal Baati , adding Ghewar made the visit even more memorable.

'Dharma For Life' , an initiative by Dr. Medhavi Jain mam.
I attended it's event in Gurgaon today on invitation from mam.
First I was not sure, if I am the right fit for event as I am not into literacy work. So I called mam and asked about event, mam said, agenda is there pls go through. I replied mam, I have gone through but not sure if I am eligible to attend it.
Mam lovingly replied, Surbhi please come, attend and network.
Here I came to find a very encouraging and enriching discussion on Science, Jainism, Mind, Brain and more today.
To add met Mr. Sancheti an excellent speaker on Brain and Mind. Researchers and scholars.
I discussed my projects of and was so happy to recieve various inputs from.eminent speakers.

We visited Puja Acharya ShriMahashramanJi in Surat to seek his blessings for upcoming Research Work and Book - Jain Dhram Mein Avdhana.
Samani Niyojika Amalpragya Ji was in complete touch with us for this visit and made us meet various avadhani Muni to seek inputs on Avdhana Knowledge System in Terapanth Samaj.
Sadhvi Pramukha Ji darshan and Acharya Shri Mahashraman Ji blessings paved for spreading this noble Art form Avadhana.

यह मेरी प्रमोद जी से पहले भेट थी । सुबह अपनी आगामी पुस्तक पर कार्य करते हुए, मैंने उन्हें व्हाट्सएप मैसेज भेजा, कि आपसे भेट की अभिलाषा है । उन्होंने तुरंत फोन किया ।
मैं प्रमोद जी की पोस्ट कुछ वर्षो से फेसबुक पर निरंतर पढ़ रही हू, या यू कहे फेसबुक पोस्ट कुछ आध्यात्मिक व साहित्यिक विचारो वाले मित्रो की ही पढ़ती हू ।
प्रथम भेट में भी इतने विविध विषयों पर चर्चा से मन आनंदित हो गया।
आपको गर्भ विज्ञान , संस्कारों पर भी बहुत उत्तम जानकारी ने मुझे बेहद प्रभावित किया ।
आपका साधुवाद । अपना आशीष आप इसी प्रकार बनाए रखना यही मंगल कामना है ।

Another beautiful course I came across with support and inputs from my dear friend Tapasya Maitrey Kulkarni who is Natural Child Birth Educator and a certified midwife and doula.
Each day with learning from participants across the world, I am refining my skills, knowledge and practical experience of Conscious Birthing, Conception, Food, Nutrition, Lamaze, Labor, Delivery, Worldwide local practises, medicines, traditional setup and what not.
Another One Year to go to successfully complete this with lot of books, essays, articles, practicals to do before I get Certificate from Australia.
Surely not an easy path but I have always chosen the Road less travelled.

Midwifes - Daiis - A tradition long lost to modern medical fraternity and changes in political and commercial set of India.
Bharat had a rich tradition of Home Births with Proper Care, Muhurat and if minimised case Surgery was conducted by Surgeons in Ayurveda.
Currently medical situation is alarming with most birth C Section, and hence the need to know and learn the art of Midwifery. So I am in better position to guide and help my mother's follow the best of Garbh Sanskar and Vedic rituals made for life long safety of baby and Mommy.
Thankful to my friend Midwife Tapasya Maitrey Kulkarni who guided and showed light to start learning and join Certified Course on Midwifery, Australia from K.L. Goode.
It is high time India and Indian Wake up and take their health is their own hands.
More to follow as I attend my first class today......
