हक्की पिक्की जनजाति समुदाय-

हक्की-पिक्की शब्द कन्नड़ भाषा का है. हक्की का मतलब पक्षी और पिक्की का मतलब है पकड़ना. यही वजह है कि इन्हें पक्षियों को पकड़ने वाला समुदाय कहा जाता है. ये कर्नाटक के जंगलों में रहते थे

हक्की पिक्की एक अर्द्ध-घुमंतू जनजाति है ।

यह कर्नाटक की एक अनुसूचित जनजाति है और ऐतिहासिक दृष्टि से राणा प्रताप सिंह के साथ इनका पैतृक संबंध माना जाता है।

कर्नाटक के हक्की पिक्की जनजाति समुदाय के 181 से अधिक सदस्य हिंसा प्रभावित सूडान में फँसे हुए हैं।
