Dr. Ruupa Rao is a highly respected psychologist, certified life coach (ICF-PCC), educator, and mental health expert based in Bangalore, India, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in psychology, coaching, counseling, and personal transformation.
She holds an impressive academic background—including MBA, MSc and MA in Psychology, a PG Diploma in Clinical Psychology, and a PhD in Computer Science—which uniquely blends deep psychological insight with analytical rigour.
