DeepShikha Public Secondary School students recently participated in a Mehandi and Rangoli competition. The event created an atmosphere of excitement and creativity among the participants.
The Mehandi competition showcased the students' talent in intricate henna designs. The students displayed their skills by applying beautifully patterned Mehandi on their hands. The designs ranged from traditional Indian patterns to contemporary art styles. The competition allowed the students to express their creativity and artistic abilities.
Simultaneously, the Rangoli competition showcased the students' creativity through vibrant and elaborate patterns made with coloured powder or flower petals. The students transformed the dull school premises into a kaleidoscope of colours with their stunning artwork. Various themes were chosen, including religious symbols, nature, and abstract designs, which added diversity to the competition.
Judges evaluated the participants based on their originality, neatness, colour combination, and overall presentation. The competition not only acted as a platform for the students to showcase their skills but also helped foster healthy competition and teamwork.
