क्या भारत 21 वी सदी का Power House बनने जा रहा है??

क्या भारत तेल पर निर्भरता खत्म कर, दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा Energy Exporter बनने की तरफ बढ़ चुका है???

सवाल बहुत बड़े हैं, और जवाब भी सीधा सा है....'हां'

Renewable या Alternative Energy source की खोज में हम Solar, EV, Flex Fuel, Wind Energy और ना जाने क्या क्या explore करते आ रहे हैं... लेकिन भविष्य है हाइड्रोजन में।

पहली ऑल-हाइड्रोजन इलेक्ट्रिक कार मिराई (Toyota Mirai) को भारत मे लॉन्च कर दिया है. टोयोटा मिराई एफसीईवी (oyota Mirai FCEV) दुनिया की पहली हाइड्रोजन फ्यूल सेल इलेक्ट्रिक कार में से एक है और यह शुद्ध हाइड्रोजन से बनने वाली बिजली पर चलती है.

Toyota Mirai को एक जीरो-एमिशन यानी जीरो प्रदूषण वाला वाहन भी माना जाता है, क्योंकि कार टेलपाइप से केवल पानी का उत्सर्जन करती है. टोयोटा ने इसे इंटरनेशनल सेंटर फॉर ऑटोमोटिव टेक्नोलॉजी (ICAT) के साथ भारत में पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के हिस्से के रूप में उतारा गया है.

टोयोटा मिराई को कर्नाटक में टोयोटा किर्लोस्कर मोटर्स के प्लांट में बनाया जाएगा. इसे दिसंबर 2020 में पहली बार दुनिया के सामने पेश किया गया था. कार के पांच मिनट के ईंधन भरने के समय के साथ आने का दावा किया गया है. यह एक फुल टैंक पर 646 किमी तक चल सकती है.

टोयोटा मिराई एफसीईवी सेडान एक हाई प्रेशन हाइड्रोजन फ्यूल टैंक और एक इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर का इस्तेमाल किया गया है. इसका इंजन हाइड्रोजन से पानी और ऑक्सीजन अलग-अलग करता है और उससे ऊर्जा उत्पन्न करता है.

भारत सरकार की ओर से देश में पेट्रोल-डीजल की मांग को कम करने के लिए और प्रदूषण को रोकने के लिए इस पायलट प्रोजेक्ट की शुरूआत की है. सरकार इसके लिए इलेक्ट्रिक व्हीकल के अलावा पेट्रोल और डीजल के समाधान के रूप में हाइड्रोजन ईंधन सेल को भी आगे बढ़ा रही है. इस पायलट प्रोजेक्ट में मिराई को भारतीय सड़कों और जलवायु परिस्थितियों में चलाकर टेस्ट किया जाएगा.

भारत की long term planning

भारत ने ग्रीन हाइड्रोजन policy बना ली है, और 2025 से पहले कोई भी कंपनी अगर इस क्षेत्र में काम करना चाहेगी, तो उसे टैक्स और अन्य कई तरह की सहूलियतें मिलेंगी।

भारत का लक्ष्य है कि 2030 तक हर साल 50 लाख टन हाइड्रोजन (Green और Blue) बनाया जाए और Hydrogen बनाने की कॉस्ट को 40-50% कम कर दिया जाए।

रिलायंस ने इस क्षेत्र में 75 बिलियन डॉलर का निवेश करने का प्लान बनाया है, वहीं GAIL भारत का सबसे बड़ा हाइड्रोजन Generation प्लांट बना रही है। सरकार इसे PLI स्कीम के तहत भी शुरू कर सकती है। भारत का लक्ष्य है कि Hydrogen की कीमत 1$ प्रतिकिलो तक आ जाये, जो दुनिया मे सबसे कम होगी, चीन से भी कम।

भारत अभी अपनी जरूरत का 85% तेल और 53% गैस बाहर से इम्पोर्ट करता है....अगर Hydrogen Generation शुरू हो गया तो धीरे धीरे ये dependency खत्म हो जाएगी, और साथ ही एक बहुत बड़ा Export market सामने होगा, कई Trillion Dollars का।
