The Future Ready 7-Day Workshop at Stani Memorial P.G. College concluded on a powerful note with an insightful session on Artificial Intelligence in collaboration with DigiAIWorld.

Led by Sudhir Yadav (IIT Bombay Alumnus) and Rakesh Khandelwal (MNIT Jaipur Alumnus), the session introduced students to the real-world applications of AI and the vast career opportunities shaping the future.

Over seven enriching days, students explored mental wellness, counselling, digital tools, sustainability, and emerging technologies—equipping them with the knowledge and skills to become truly future ready.

The fifth day of the 7-day workshop at Stani Memorial PG College, Jaipur, was conducted with enthusiastic student participation and insightful learning.

The session was led by Dr. Utkarsh Kaushik, Associate Professor at Poddar International College, on the topic “Green Economy and Environmental Innovations and Strategies.” He highlighted how a green economy fosters economic growth while safeguarding the environment and conserving natural resources.

Dr. Kaushik also discussed key strategies such as afforestation, effective waste management, environmental education, and government support in promoting sustainable practices. The session provided students with valuable insights into the importance of environmental innovation and strategic planning in building a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future for generations to come.

The fourth day of the 7-day workshop at Stani Memorial PG College, Jaipur, was conducted by Ms. Archana Soni, an RCI Rehabilitation Counsellor and Expressive Arts Practitioner.

During the session, she introduced students to the fundamentals of counselling skills and art therapy, demonstrating how creative expression can help individuals understand emotions, communicate feelings, and build deeper empathy. The interactive workshop highlighted the significant role of art therapy in enhancing mental, emotional, and social well-being, offering students valuable insights into holistic personal development.

The third day of the 7-day workshop at Stani Memorial PG College was conducted with insightful learning and active student participation. The session was led by Dr. Preetkamal on the topic “Relaxation Techniques,” where students were guided on managing stress, improving emotional balance, and understanding the importance of mental well-being in daily life.

Through practical relaxation methods and psychological insights, the session encouraged students to focus on self-care, inner calm, and maintaining a healthy mind-body connection in today’s fast-paced lifestyle.
