To enhance students’ participation and create awareness of various reforms in higher education, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has launched an initiative, ‘NEP SAARTHI – Student Ambassador for Academic Reforms in Transforming Higher Education in India.’
Through SAARTHI, the UGC aims to foster an environment in which students can engage with the community as active participants in effectively implementing the provisions of the National Education Policy 2020. The term of NEP SAARTHI was of one year. At the end of 1 year, a certificate of participation is to be provided by the university.
