Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan – 2026
The Department of Psychiatry and Department of Community Medicine, Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Hospital organised an awareness session followed by Pledge on Substance Use Disorders at the Regional College of Pharmacy, Jaipur, Rajasthan under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA) of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India.
The session covered overview of Substance Use Disorders including epidemiology in India, the need for government intervention, existing national policies, support services, and the role of pharmacy students in prevention, early identification, counselling, referral and reducing stigma.
The National Pledge Against Drug Abuse was also undertaken on 18 August 2026, by around 100 participants.

Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre (SKHMC), under the aegis of the Swasthya Kalyan Group of Institutions, celebrated the Independence Day with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm. The celebration was marked by a special Felicitation Programme organised in collaboration with Bakson Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., bringing together students, faculty members, and dignitaries from various constituent institutions of the Swasthya Kalyan Group.
The programme was graced by Dr. Mohnish Grover, Principal & Controller, Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur, as the Chief Guest, along with another distinguished dignitary from RUHS. and Mr. Mukesh Parik , Secretary , BJP office
The event was attended by Dr. S. S. Agarwal, Chairman, Swasthya Kalyan Group of Institutions & Rajasthan Hospital Ltd. (RHL); Dr. Sarvesh Agarwal, Vice President, Rajasthan Hospital Ltd. (RHL); CA Shraddha Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Swasthya Kalyan Group of Institutions; Dr. Pankaj Sharma, Director, Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre (SKHMC); Prof. (Dr.) Yogeshwari Gupta, Principal, SKHMC; and Dr. Tanuj Rajvanshy, Vice Principal, SKHMC, along with faculty members and students.
The programme commenced with patriotic zeal, followed by inspiring addresses by Dr. S. S. Agarwal, Dr. Sarvesh Agarwal, and both the Chief Guests, who encouraged students to uphold the values of patriotism, integrity, and excellence while contributing meaningfully to society and the healthcare profession.
On the occasion, CA Shraddha Agarwal formally unveiled “Dadipya” – Volume 7, the annual college magazine highlighting the academic, research, literary, cultural, and extracurricular achievements of the institution.
A major highlight of the programme was the felicitation of the University Toppers of the Final BHMS Batch (2020–21) by Bakson Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. The names of the awardees were announced by Prof. (Dr.) Yogeshwari Gupta, Principal, SKHMC.

Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre (SKHMC), Jaipur, hosted a felicitation programme on 13 August 2026 in collaboration with Bakson Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. at the college seminar hall.
The programme was graced by Director, SKHMC, Dr. Pankaj Sharma, Principal Prof. Dr. Yogeshwari Gupta, and Vice Principal Dr. Tanuj Rajvanshy, who appreciated the efforts of the students and emphasized the importance of academic excellence and professional dedication in homoeopathic practice.
During the programme, the intern toppers were felicitated with medals in recognition of their outstanding academic performance and commitment. As part of the initiative, Bakson medicine kits were distributed to all interns, postgraduate students, and faculty members, reflecting the company’s continued support for homoeopathic education and healthcare.

Breastfeeding Awareness Program at Rajasthan Hospital (RHL)
As part of World Breastfeeding Week 2026, a Breastfeeding Awareness Program was organized on 5th August 2026 at Rajasthan Hospital (RHL) to promote awareness about the importance of breastfeeding and maternal health.
The scientific session was delivered by Dr. Veena Acharya, Head of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, who shared valuable insights on the importance of early initiation of breastfeeding, exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months, correct breastfeeding techniques, maternal nutrition, and the lifelong benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and child.
The program commenced with the launch of the World Breastfeeding Week awareness poster by Dr. Shraddha Agarwal, CEO, Swasthya Kalyan Group.
The session was attended by the BHMS 3rd-year students, who actively participated and engaged enthusiastically throughout the program.
The session was conducted effectively, ensuring an interactive and informative learning experience for all.
To make the session more engaging and interactive, a Breastfeeding Awareness Quiz was conducted, where students enthusiastically participated and showcased their knowledge.
The winners were rewarded with exciting gifts, adding to the enthusiasm and success of the program.

Inter-College Pot Painting Competition Celebrated During World Breastfeeding Awareness Week 2026
As part of World Breastfeeding Awareness Week 2026 (1st–7th August), observed under the global theme “Prioritize Breastfeeding: Create Sustainable Support Systems,” Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre successfully organized an Inter-College Pot Painting Competition on 6th August 2026.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre, Swasthya Kalyan College of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences, Swasthya Kalyan College of Pharmacy, Swasthya Kalyan Institute of Paramedical Sciences, and Swasthya Kalyan College of Physiotherapy. Through their artistic talent, participants beautifully portrayed the significance of breastfeeding and maternal care with meaningful and impactful artwork.
Each painted pot conveyed inspiring messages emphasizing exclusive breastfeeding, maternal well-being, infant nutrition, child health, and the importance of building sustainable support systems that empower mothers and ensure a healthier future for every child.
The event was graced by Dr. Yogeshwari Gupta, Principal, SKHMC, and Dr. Shraddha Agarwal, CEO, Swasthya Kalyan Group, whose presence encouraged and inspired the participants.
The competition was successfully organized and coordinated by the World Breastfeeding Week Coordinators—Dr. Shobha Teterwal, Professor & Head, Department of Paediatrics; Dr. Pranjli Agarwal, Associate Professor, Department of Paediatrics; Dr. Rashmi Agrawal, Professor & Head, Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology; and Dr. Richa, Assistant Professor, Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. The Inter-College Pot Painting Competition served as a creative platform to spread awareness and reinforce the message that breastfeeding is a shared responsibility, requiring sustainable support from families, healthcare professionals, educational institutions, workplaces, and society as a whole.

Breastfeeding Awareness Camp at Clothing Factory
As part of World Breastfeeding Week 2026, Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre organized a Breastfeeding Awareness and Maternal Health Camp on 4th August 2026 at a Clothing Factory.
The team interacted with the women workers and educated them about the importance of early initiation of breastfeeding, exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months, correct breastfeeding techniques, maternal nutrition, and overall maternal health. Patients and beneficiaries were also provided with health education and counseling to encourage healthy breastfeeding practices
The initiative aimed to promote awareness about infant nutrition and improve the health and well-being of both mothers and children.

Breastfeeding Awareness Camp at Anganwadi, Sheopur
As part of World Breastfeeding Week 2026, Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre organized a *Breastfeeding Awareness and Maternal Health Camp* on 3rd August 2026 at Anganwadi Centre, Sheopur.
The team educated mothers and caregivers about the importance of early initiation of breastfeeding, exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months, correct breastfeeding techniques, and maternal health. A total of 24 beneficiaries participated in the camp and received health education and counseling. The initiative aimed to promote healthy infant feeding practices and improve maternal and child well-being in the community.
