🧘‍♂️✨ International Yoga Day Celebrated at Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre ✨🧘‍♀️

In celebration of International Yoga Day 2026, Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre organized a yoga session on 21st June 2026 under the global theme “Yoga for Healthy Ageing.” The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and staff, reaffirming the importance of yoga in achieving holistic health and well-being.

The program was graciously attended by CA Shraddha Agarwal (CEO, Swasthya Kalyan Group), Dr. Pankaj Sharma (Director, Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre), Dr. Arun Chougle (Dean Academics, Swasthya Kalyan Group), Dr. Tanuj Rajvanshy (Vice Principal, Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre), Dr. Ekvalya Bohra (Principal, Swasthya Kalyan Institute of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences), and Dr. Dhruv Taneja (Principal, Swasthya Kalyan Institute of Physiotherapy).

The yoga session was conducted by Dr. Mahima Pandey (Yoga Instructor), who guided participants through various yoga asanas and pranayama techniques aimed at promoting physical fitness, mental balance, and healthy ageing.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Nivedita Sharma (Associate Professor, Department of Repertory & Case Taking), whose efforts contributed significantly to the successful organization of the program.

International Yoga Day Countdown

Rajasthan Hospital (RHL), Jaipur, under the aegis of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, successfully organized the International Yoga Day Countdown Programme 2026, promoting the message of holistic health, wellness, and a balanced lifestyle through yoga.
The programme was graced by Hon'ble Dr. Premchand Bairwa, Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, who highlighted that yoga is not merely an exercise but a way of life that nurtures physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Distinguished guests included Smt. Manju Sharma (MP, Jaipur), Dr. Arun Chaturvedi (Chairman, Rajasthan Finance Commission), Shri Gopal Sharma (MLA, Civil Lines), Shri Ramcharan Bohra (Former MP), Prof.
Sanjeev Sharma (Vice Chancellor, NIA), and Shri Vinay Kumar Rohilla (Vice Chairman, Uttarakhand State Disaster Management Committee).
The event was attended by Dr. S. S. Agarwal (Chairman, Swasthya Kalyan Group & RHL), Dr. Sarvesh Agarwal (Vice President,RHL), CA Shraddha Agarwal (CEO, Swasthya Kalyan Group), Dr. Pankaj Sharma (Director, Swasthya Kalyan Group), Dr. Virendra Singh (President, RHL), and Dr. Tanuj Rajvashy (Vice Principal, Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College).

Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre, Jaipur, on 6th June 2026, conducted the “Pledge to Combat Global Crisis” and “TB Awareness Pledge” in accordance with the directives and public health initiatives of the Ministry of Ayush.

The programmes were organized to promote environmental conservation, sustainable lifestyle practices, judicious use of natural resources, support for local products, and to strengthen awareness regarding the prevention and elimination of Tuberculosis (TB).

Faculty members and students enthusiastically participated in both pledge-taking activities held at Kent Hall. Through the Global Crisis Pledge, participants reaffirmed their commitment towards building a greener, cleaner, and self-reliant India. Through the TB Awareness Pledge, they pledged to spread awareness about Tuberculosis, encourage early diagnosis and complete treatment, and help eliminate the stigma associated with the disease.

On the occasion, Prof. Dr. Yogeshwari Gupta, Principal, Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre, Jaipur, addressed the gathering and motivated the participants to adopt responsible environmental practices and actively contribute towards public health awareness. She emphasized that meaningful change begins with individual commitment and collective efforts, encouraging everyone to become ambassadors of sustainability and health within their communities.

A three-day Faculty Development Program was successfully organized from 28th to 30th May at Swasthya Kalyan Homoeopathic Medical College & Research Centre with active participation from faculty members.

On the concluding day, Rakesh Sh*tlani conducted an inspiring session on “Life Skills Training and Attitude Development Program.” He shared valuable insights from his personal and professional experiences, motivating participants to develop positive attitudes, leadership qualities, and effective communication skills.

The interactive session included activities and discussions that encouraged innovative teaching approaches and self-development. The program was conducted under the guidance of Principal Dr. Yogeshwari Gupta and coordinated by Dr. Jagdish Thebar.

The successful completion of the program highlighted the institution’s commitment to academic excellence, continuous learning, and faculty empowerment.
