School Entrepreneurship Curriculum:

Introduce an entrepreneurship subject from 1st grade, following 2022

Central Government policy.

Emphasise experiential learning and hands-on activities.

Dedicate 2 hours per week to compulsory tinkering activities.

Rajasthan to pioneer this initiative, setting an example for other states.

Online Portal to Book Performing Artists:

Create an online platform for booking folk artists, including musicians, dancers, and puppeteers.

Increase exposure and income opportunities for these artists.

Support the folk arts community with a platform for wider reach and engagement

It was an honour and delight to be hosted by the honourable Chief Minister Mr. Bhajan Lal Sharma and a moment of immense pride to participate in this discussion. He was very adamant towards considering the points suggested by me and others present there to share their thoughts. I believe his course of action and his dedication towards the betterment of the state shows that we have a better leader now and the state will be reaching new heights in matters of infrastructure, education and health as well.

I am thrilled to share my incredible experience conducting the 'iStart School and Rural Acceleration Program' in collaboration with iStart Rajasthan. This remarkable journey, which spanned over a year, provided me with the unique opportunity to mentor and nourish the entrepreneurial spirit of more than 50 students from diverse rural backgrounds. We began this initiative in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, where we organized a comprehensive cohort introducing students to entrepreneurship, startups, design thinking, and various fun activities to enhance their understanding of the business world.

The program concluded on a high note in Jaipur, graced by the presence of our esteemed guest of honour, Mrs. Namita Thapar. As the Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals and a prominent figure from Shark Tank India, Mrs. Thapar inspired the students by sharing her entrepreneurial journey, her views on the program, and her experiences from Shark Tank India. Her insights were invaluable and left a lasting impact on the young minds, igniting their aspirations and determination to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.

Witnessing the growth of entrepreneurship at the grassroots level in India has been profoundly gratifying for me. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Indian government for their unwavering support and to my co-founder, Tushar Saini, and the dedicated Pleaverse team for their tireless efforts in making this program a resounding success. Together, we are fostering a new generation of innovators and leaders, contributing to the vibrant entrepreneurial landscape of our nation.

With a robust educational background from esteemed institutions like Sri Ram College of Commerce and the London School of Business and Finance, coupled with my professional journey spanning over 13 years, I bring a wealth of diverse experiences to the table. My expertise in financial modeling, honed at Operis UK, where I was recognized among Europe's top 20 credit research analysts, laid a solid foundation for my career. This journey has taken me through renowned firms such as PWC, HSBC, and Sutherland, where I've contributed significantly to various domains, including education and agritech.

However, my impact stretches beyond corporate boardrooms. As a seasoned speaker, I've had the privilege of delivering impactful talks at prestigious platforms like TEDx and Josh talks, garnering over two lakh views. Beyond speaking engagements, I've taken proactive steps in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. As the founder of GCEC Global Foundation, Brevitty, CUET Pro, and Nstart, I've been instrumental in nurturing budding ventures and fostering a culture of innovation. Moreover, my role as the Brand Ambassador for Rajasthan Government Youth and Sports activities and Chairman of Assocham Startup Council Rajasthan underscores my commitment to mentorship and community development.

Now, as I step into the realm of content creation, my goal is to leverage my vast expertise and experiences to empower the next generation of students and entrepreneurs. Through insightful content, I aim to share valuable lessons learned along my journey, with the aspiration of making a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of others.
