राजस्थान में चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारी भर्ती से जुड़ी एक खबर ने कई बड़े सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। खबर के अनुसार, नियुक्ति के बाद कुछ कर्मचारियों को सफाई व्यवस्था से जुड़े कार्यों का प्रशिक्षण और टेस्ट दिया गया, लेकिन कुछ अभ्यर्थियों ने झाड़ू-पोछा करने से इनकार कर दिया।

लेकिन इस पूरे मामले के पीछे एक और बड़ी तस्वीर है—बेरोजगारी की तस्वीर।

आज बड़ी संख्या में Graduate और Postgraduate युवा छोटी सरकारी नौकरियों के लिए आवेदन कर रहे हैं। सवाल यह है कि क्या पढ़े-लिखे युवाओं को उनकी योग्यता के अनुसार रोजगार नहीं मिल रहा? और दूसरी तरफ, अगर कोई व्यक्ति किसी पद के लिए चयनित होकर नौकरी स्वीकार करता है, तो क्या उसे उस पद की जिम्मेदारियां निभानी चाहिए?
