It’s important to learn from your mistakes, but it is better to learn from other people’s mistakes, and it is best to learn from other people’s successes. It accelerates your own success.

So, if you want to advance your career by learning from the experiences of others, what better method to do so than by reading books and becoming aware about their shortcomings in life and how to deal with it.

This has been the most efficient and successful way in my experience, and it has improved both my career and my perspective.

These are some of my favourite books and podcasts, and I would suggest them to young people looking for guidance in their careers.

𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗺 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘀
This book is written by Timothy Ferriss. It is a collection of the top takeaways from the podcast "The Tim Ferriss Show." It's one of those books that will help you make modest adjustments in your life that will lead to enormous results.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼 𝗪𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲
I will highly recommend this book as this book will teach you a great deal about networking and how to build connections. This book emphasizes several ideas for becoming a likeable person, handling relationships successfully, winning others over, and helping them modify their behaviour without being intrusive.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗵𝘆
The book helps us to understand that the ideals we inherit from our parents and teachers form our own tales. Whether they are positive or harmful, they pass through our conscious mind and into our subconscious, where they impact our behaviour.

So, instead of waiting for someone to tell you otherwise, start reading these books and I assure you that your perspective will be completely altered, and you will feel 20 times more confident in your views and actions.
