A recent school visit…

At first glance, everything looked engaging,
Colourful walls, materials, activities…

But as we spent time in the space, something felt off.

Too many elements competing for attention.
Too much visual stimulation.
Too little clarity in how the space was being used.

When a classroom is not thoughtfully structured:
• Children struggle to focus
• Teachers feel overwhelmed
• Learning becomes scattered

A well-designed classroom is not about having more.

It’s about having what truly matters,placed with intention.

Small changes can make a big difference.

(This is something I see very often during school visits.)

Working closely with a school right now to strengthen their curriculum and bring more clarity and structure to the way learning unfolds.
Because a strong curriculum is not about more content,
it’s about meaningful progression and intentional learning.
This is the work I truly enjoy ✨
Building systems that help schools grow better.

The inaugural LSG gathering turned out to be a meaningful and reflective experience. It offered a space to engage, introspect, and reconnect on a deeper level.

Appreciation to Tunvey Gogia for facilitating insightful, action-oriented exercises that encouraged genuine self-discovery.

Kudos to Preeti Saboo for thoughtfully bringing together such a purposeful session, and to Jess Golecha for hosting us at Raghu Villa in a setting that added to the overall experience.

An evening that highlighted the importance of connection, self-awareness, and ongoing growth.

Fine motor activity strengthens the muscles for Printer grip.
