We are way beyond just spoken english, we teach more like leadership, time management, creativity, positive attitude and so much more. I was shocked being a science student I couldn't reply a simple question. I started thinking why this has happened then I realised because for a long time I haven't used my academics any where in my life. Are you getting what I am saying ... How much time we spent

on academics and how much we use it in our practical life. e.g When I was in 10th class in maths sin theta , cos theta etc. were very difficult for me , any how I solved and passed 10th class with good score but anytime in the life I haven't used them again . Is only for passing a class with good score I have done all this ? Not only in 10th class this is the story for entire academics, We do lot of studies etc. but how much practically we use it. Probably we use hardly 2 - 5 % of our total academics , that is also higher side. Rest all is practical experience so here I started Pragya Personality Development Workshop to develop soft and interpersonal skill in an individual so that he / she can contribute to the nation
