Project Consultation: Pareeksha handles projects related to selection of candidates through testing exams for recruitment and/or promotions in various organisations. This may be for any cadre like clerical, officer and/or specialist officers. We provides its services to many organisations. It also helps many reputed Universities and Management Institutions in conduct of the Admission Tests for various professional courses run by them. For all the Projects, the institute functions as a service agency and performs only those segments of the job for which it has a mandate from the client organisations. These segments may be issuing notifications on the behalf of the clients, receiving fee, receiving applications, issuing call letters, developing test batteries, conduct of tests and finalization of results etc. Final offers of recruitment/ Promotions/ Selection are always made by the organisation concerned. On an average Pareeksha conducts about 40 to 50 exams every year which are conducted in multiple sessions. The number of sessions may also be something between 60 to 70. Every year around 3 lac candidates register for these examinations, out of which around 95 to 99 percent actually appear in it.
