**Advancing Dialogue on Climate, Health & Wellbeing**
The **World Health Summit Academic Alliance Expert Meeting on Climate & Wellbeing**, held on **23โ24 August 2026 in New Delhi**, brought together distinguished experts and diverse stakeholders for meaningful dialogue on one of the most pressing challenges of our time.
Hosted by the **NIMS Institute of Public Health and Governance** in collaboration with the **National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)** and **UNU โ Global Health**, the two-day meeting featured **30 thematic panels**, supported by **27 session partners** representing a wide network of institutions and organizations.
The meeting brought together perspectives from **academia, government, research institutions, international organizations, and other stakeholders**, exploring the interconnected dimensions of **climate, health, and wellbeing**.
Discussions focused on **evidence generation, innovation, policy, research priorities, and opportunities for stronger collaboration**, reinforcing the importance of convergence, knowledge exchange, and collective action in responding to the evolving health challenges posed by climate change.
The meeting served as a meaningful platform for strengthening partnerships, advancing interdisciplinary knowledge, and fostering collaborative approaches towards **healthier, more resilient communities**.
