The ceremony was led by Dr. Purnendu Ghosh, Executive Director of BISR- Jaipur, Board Member of Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Ranchi. Representatives from Government of Rajasthan, the industrial sector, and alumni were present at the event.

The Rajasthan AVGC-XR Summit (RAS-2025) has been announced for October 28, 2025, and will be held at Birla Auditorium, Jaipur. Two representatives from the Rajasthan AVGC-XR & Media Association (RAMA) — Mr. Rahul Singh (Coordinator) and Mr. Gaurav Choudhary (Co-Convener) — visited the Department of Animation & Multimedia, Birla Institute of Technology, Jaipur Campus on October 14, 2025.
The session was conducted exclusively for animation students to discuss the planning and preparations for the upcoming International Animation Day celebration on October 28, 2025.
The RAS-2025 Summit will feature several renowned speakers from the animation industry. Sincere thanks to Mr. Rahul Singh and Mr. Gaurav Choudhary for their visit and for sharing detailed insights about the event.
