Internship benefits

HOUSING & LIVING

All international interns are provided with free housing with basic amenities. A room is usually shared by two interns. All houses have 2 to 3 rooms shared with 3 to 6 other interns and are located near the project sites where you will work.

FOOD

Interns are responsible for the cost of their own food. You can either eat locally at the local restaurants or food chains, where the food is cheap (averaging less than $1) and traditional North Indian (dhal, rice, chappati, curry etc), or you can cook for yourself in the kitchen in the intern house. Most interns combine both methods for food, and cook and share a meal together in the evening.

TRANSPORT

Every intern has to travel for work by bus or taxi.

COMMUNICATIONS

Free internet is available at Intern house facility. Local SIM cards are provided to interns. Interns are required to bring their own laptop and mobile phones.

HOLIDAYS

You will live and work together with other interns from around the world. Interns do plan and take time off together or individually to travel on the weekends or in holidays.
