India International School, Sitapura, hosted a meaningful and enriching workshop on Mental Health and Wellness for various school heads, counsellors, and coordinators. The sessions beautifully highlighted the importance of caring for one’s mind and overall well-being.
Ms Jyoti Sudarshan, the Academic Coordinator, opened with “I Matter”, reminding everyone to value themselves and practise self-awareness. Ms Aditi Sharma, the School Counsellor, conducted a session on Mindful Therapy, which offered simple ways to manage stress in daily life, while Ms Hemlata Tiwari, School Coordinator and IT expert, guided participants on staying safe in the digital world.
A calming session on relaxation and meditation was conducted by Ms Aruna Kumari, the Head of the Sports Department, followed by Ms Vandana C.P. Datwani, Activity Coordinator, who delivered an insightful talk on understanding children’s personalities.
Principal Dr Anju Jaideep warmly welcomed the chief guest, Mr Sandeep Sethi, a luminary in the field of education, and expressed her heartfelt gratitude for his presence. The participants were presented with green gold and paintings as tokens of appreciation. The workshop proved truly inspiring and beneficial for all.

IIS Sitapura Students Participate in Sanjhi Event on Mental Health
Students from India International School, Sitapura, attended the Saanjhi Event at Rajasthan International Centre, focusing on Mental Health Awareness. The two-day programme featured renowned guests, including Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, who composed soothing sargam and tunes, and singer Mandeep Ramana, who performed uplifting songs. Students from various schools presented on mental happiness, emotional health, and stress management. Notable speakers, Mr. Sandeep Sethi and Ms. T. Shubha, shared insights on self-awareness and emotional expression.
Mohammad Adan Asfi and Mahak Advani represented IISS , delivering a debate presentation on mental health issues, which was highly praised. Their session highlighted the importance of communication and removing stigma around mental health. The event inspired young minds to value emotional wellness.
