The INSPIRE Fellowship (Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research) is a highly competitive and esteemed program designed to attract meritorious students into Basic and Applied Sciences research careers, including fields like engineering, medicine, agriculture, and veterinary sciences.

Our recent Alumni Talk-a-thon 2.0 at Manipal University Jaipur was an inspiring and insightful event, featuring two accomplished alumni who shared their journeys from university life to professional success.

# Ms. Pratiksha Mohanty reflected on her transition from university to working in a multinational company. She emphasized key areas students should focus on:
Knowledge – Beyond textbooks, practical knowledge is crucial.
Discipline – Work ethics and discipline play a vital role in professional success.
Skills – Companies prioritize skill sets; students should focus on continuous skill development.
Communication – Effective communication is essential for career growth and workplace success.
Ms. Mohanty also engaged students with a fun quiz session, distributing gifts to enthusiastic participants. She encouraged students to cherish their B.Tech journey while maintaining academic excellence. Her session concluded with a felicitation by Dr. Manisha Sharma.

# Mr. Prathit, an entrepreneur and MUJ alumnus, shared his inspiring journey from student life to building his own company in Sonipat. He provided valuable insights into various heat exchanger designs, including:

Beyond the technical discussion, he motivated students to explore business ideas and consider entrepreneurship as a career path. His session concluded with a felicitation by Dr. Anees Yunus Khan, Head of the Department.
The event also provided students with an opportunity for personal interaction with the speakers, allowing them to seek guidance on their career paths.

Economy University Jaipur Engineering Living Engineering to wealth Engineering Engineering

Department of Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering with Faculty of Sciences, Manipal University Jaipur conducted 3 day international conference RAMSACT (4th edition) from 4-6th April, 2024. Indian Chemical Council was also one of the partners of the conference. The event witnessed number of interesting talks from National and International experts in field of material science and computational techniques. Few to name are Prof. Vinu from IIT Madras, Prof. Kaustubha Mohanty from IIT Guwahati, Prof. Pratik Sheth from BITS Pilani and Prof. Kalpit Shah from RMIT University Australia. Mr. Dinesh Chopra, Chairman ICC IAC also gave a talk about opportunities and challenges in chemical sector in India. Prof. Abhishek Sharma, Member of IAC also highlighted the relevance of industry academia bonding for chemical and chemistry students in the event.
