The Department of Business Administration and E-Cell successfully organized the 9th Edition of INYOUTH, themed “Exploring Perspectives, Envisioning Tomorrow,” on 16th October 2025, creating a vibrant platform for ideas, dialogue, and inspiration. The event encouraged young minds to broaden their viewpoints and actively envision the future.

The success of the event was made possible through the collective efforts of our dedicated organizing team, faculty mentors, and enthusiastic participants. We extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed speakers — Dungar Singh Sodha, Nandini Sharma, Pratish Mehta, Sai Kaustav Dashgupta, Rishi Miglani, and Nishchay Verma — whose diverse perspectives and valuable insights left a lasting impact on the audience. Their contributions played a key role in making INYOUTH a meaningful and memorable experience.

The Entrepreneurship Cell, Department of Business Administration, in collaboration with the Training, Internship & Placement Cell (TIPC), organised the Pre-InYouth Programme on 9 October 2025—a preparatory initiative aimed at strengthening core entrepreneurial competencies. Through structured interactions, capability-building activities, and reflective exercises, the session equipped participants with strategic clarity and professional orientation for the upcoming InYouth Conclave. The programme was further elevated by Ms. Kimberly Kim, English Program Supervisor, Adelphi University, whose guidance on communication excellence and global readiness helped refine mindsets, sharpen capabilities, and prepare students to step into the conclave with enhanced confidence.

Department of Business Administration, in collaboration with the Innovation and Incubation Cell, organised an Industrial Visit on 13 October 2025 to Jaipur Rugs, offering students a structured immersion into real-world business operations. The visit enabled participants to observe organisational workflows, production mechanisms, and managerial systems firsthand, allowing them to bridge theoretical concepts with practical industry realities.

This experiential exposure broadened students’ entrepreneurial foresight, enhanced their understanding of sustainable business practices, and deepened their appreciation for value-driven enterprise.

The Entrepreneurship Cell, Department of Business Administration, successfully hosted an Expert Session on “The Business of Tomorrow: AI, Startups & the Future of Work” on 19 September 2025, offering a distinguished knowledge-exchange platform where industry veterans and subject specialists shared strategic insights into evolving business ecosystems. Renowned entrepreneur Mr. A***n Singh, Founder of Tensax Innovation Lab, engaged students with perspectives on AI’s transformative impact, the dynamism of the startup landscape, and the skillsets shaping future workplaces—enriching analytical depth, sharpening professional discernment, and inspiring participants to innovate, adapt, and lead the next era of business.

The session aimed to instill clarity of purpose, nurture intellectual curiosity, and cultivate a forward-looking entrepreneurial mindset among all newly inducted members.

A foundational beginning that aligned students with the Cell’s vision, strengthened their sense of direction, and inspired them to embark on a year of innovation, learning, and leadership.
