आज पटना में अपने आवास पर यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ वाटरलू, कनाडा से जुड़े जल वैज्ञानिक (hydrologist) डॉ पंकज गुप्ता, जो जल्द ही IIT दिल्ली से जुड़ने वाले हैं, से मुलाकात में बिहार के जलजमाव वाले क्षेत्रों के विकास और उसमें नई तकनीक के उपयोग की संभावनाओं पर चर्चा हुई।
