The purpose of this Winter School is to encourage Faculty Members to be innovative and to encourage innovations all around and create an ecosystem for innovations in academic institution.

Complete program schedule: - On 19 December, Prof. Rajendra Prasad Sharma (Director of Management Programs in IIFT Kolkata) will speak on "dont teach - let them learn".
On 20 and 21 the participants will give their presentations on their
plans for innovative teaching. On 22 Prof. Raj Agarwal from AIMA will speak about his experiences in innovations. On 23 December, Prof. K B Kothari (ex director IIT Delhi) will speak about how to create innovations in academics.

As today marks the culmination of one week finishing school 2022 at Suresh Gyan Vihar University for final year students. In the valedictory session, Shri Sunil Sharma Hon’ble Chairperson, motivated and encouraged the students by his words of wisdom. The Finishing School activity and achievement Report was presented by Dr. Gaurav Sharma (Convener ) and vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Hemant Yadav.(Co-Convener).The session of one week finishing school were enlightening full of knowledge for all the students to make them industry ready, future ready and confident enough to succeed.
In the morning session Dr. Shruti Tiwari talked about Time Management where she focused on how to manage the time for professional as well as personal life without misbalancing the both next speaker Dr. O P Sharma focused on topic Problem Solving and Decision Making. Both the sessions were followed by student interactions and assignments.

In order to foster innovations, a Seminar is proposed titled : Innovations in Health & Diet.

Objective: The prime goal of EIE is to foster innovation and entrepreneurship. It is proposed to invite girls to speak about what can be done to improve health fitness through diet and proper nutrition. The female students will give their speech (2 minutes each) on the subject and discuss their doubts.

Department of Civil Engineering & Diploma Department organized an industrial visit for B.Tech (Civil) & Diploma (Civil) students to the site NRI Proxima on 21st September 2022.

The visit was under the supervision of Mr. Saurabh Singh, Assistant professor (Civil) and Mr. Shahnawaz Mir, Assistant professor (Diploma-Civil). Mr. Manoj Kumar, Project Manager, at NRI Proxima site explained the students regarding how foundation is laid before the construction of any High-Rise Building.

Many other minute details specific to construction of large foundation was explained by Mr. Manoj. Students took active participation in the visit and asked the doubts and queries they had in their mind.
