We are delighted to share that Er. Shashi Bhushan Arya, MREC 1999 Batch, has been conferred the prestigious Shri S.K. Seshadri Memorial Mascot National Award – 2026 for his distinguished contributions to industrial corrosion science, corrosion prevention, and sustainable surface engineering technologies.

The award was conferred by the Electrochemical Society of India (ECSI) during the 33rd National Symposium on Electrochemical Science and Technology (NSEST–2026) held at the JRD Tata Auditorium, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru.

The award was presented by Dr. Shubha V. Iyengar, Padma Shri Awardee and Former Distinguished Scientist, CSIR–National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR-NAL), Bengaluru, Chief Guest of the function.

🎉 MNITJAA Foundation Day & Crystal Jubilee Celebration 2026 🎉

The MNIT Jaipur Alumni Association (MNITJAA) proudly celebrated its Foundation Day along with the Crystal Jubilee Felicitation of B.Tech. Batch 2011 and B.Arch. Batch 2012 alumni on Sunday, 23rd August 2026, at Neeti Sabhagar, MNIT Jaipur.

The celebration was organized in association with the Office of the Dean, International & Alumni Affairs, MNIT Jaipur, bringing together alumni, faculty members, dignitaries and the MNIT family to celebrate 15 years of memories, friendship, achievements and an everlasting bond with the alma mater.

The occasion was graced by Shri Mahendra Banthiya, Prof. A.P.S. Rathore,Prof. Dilip Sharma, Er. Krishna Kumar Poonia, Dr. Pawan Kalla, Shri Mahendra Meena and Shri Dinesh Arya.

The event featured the felicitation of Crystal Jubilee alumni and distinguished guests, heartfelt interactions, nostalgic reunions and a memorable campus visit. It was truly a celebration of the journey from students to proud alumni, while strengthening the bond between MNIT Jaipur and its ever-growing alumni community.

Proud Alumnus – MNIT Jaipur (Batch of 2008)

We are delighted and immensely proud to share that our fellow alumnus, Prof. Nirmal Kumar Boran, Assistant Professor, Computer Science and Engineering, NIT Calicut, has been invited by the Government of India to participate in the prestigious “Bharat Innovates 2026” global conclave.

The event will be held from 14–16 June 2026 in Nice, France, and will be graced by the presence of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi Ji, and His Excellency Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic. The conclave will bring together leading innovators, investors, entrepreneurs, and policymakers from across the world, providing a platform to showcase India’s technological excellence and innovation ecosystem on the global stage.

A particularly noteworthy achievement is that Prof. Boran has been selected among the top 14 professors from India’s premier IITs and NITs, reflecting his outstanding contributions to research, innovation, and academia.

On behalf of the MNIT alumni community, we extend our heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Prof. Boran for this remarkable achievement. We are confident that he will make the nation and the MNIT fraternity proud while representing India at this prestigious international forum.
